Super Moist Redvelvet Cake

- 313g flour
1 and 1/3cup sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 and 1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup oil
2 large egg whites
1 tsp powder red or 1 tablespoon liquid red color.
1teaspoon white distilled vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Tried this after struggling with red velvet cakes for a while. Can't believe how moist it came out! Thanks for this

I tried out the recipe today and it was superb, I couldn't take pictures cos it was an emergency work that need urgent delivery. Other recipe I have tried always make my cake too dried on the top and always Crack while trimming.
Your recipe baked fast, rose evenly and well baked. It's so moist and yummy that kids couldn't get enough of it. It's moist, fluffy and well texture to carry fondant. Ma, I salute you with billions gbosa.💃😍

Hello, you put in all your dry ingredients but I saw you didn't put in you added coffee grounds. It was 2 dark ingredients put in I know because I use coffee in my red Velvet. Baker some how leave out 1 main ingredients it gives red Velvet over the top flavor ! Just saying 😉
The first dark ingredient is cocoa powder
The 2nd is the red food color in powder form
She didn't hide anything, people have tried it out and it came out nice.
