Thanks for the tip on using crumbs. Allowing the cake to sit for some minutes before wrapping up may not make the fondant stick to the cake especially during harmattan season. Can anyone relate to this?

Thank you for this detailed video...Will try it out tomorrow..I get so scared of trimming and because of fear I keep cutting deep into the cake everytime giving it a bad shape....I will try to put a dowel rod while trimming then remove after trimming for cakes that are not so tall..Thanks nne
