    So ma’am how you saying cause I want to be cleared in your teaching
    That 800gm for flour,sugar,butter and egg that’s everything 800gms to get 4 layers of 8 inches height cake and all the measurements non is going to be above it

    Thanks for this lesson. Please what numbers of cake pans can i use for a four tier fondant cakes? How many icing sugar will i have to purchase and how many butter? Each cake i wamt to have 4layers each inside. Please what will my expenses be? And the cake pans to use in order to achieve my four tier cake. Thank you as you reply to my comment.

    So for 8" cake 3 layers should be 600g of butter, 600g flour,600g Egg,600g sugar right?

    Do u mean 650g for each pan asin if u are using size 6 pan?
