It's not doing the last shot on the Scorchbeast Queen. It's doing at least 1000 damage to her to get rewards from the event, and thus getting the prime receiver plans. Other than that, thanks for the video!

WV Lumber CO at the top left of map ive been going to daily and usually can get 2-4 handmades from killing the raiders. Also decent amount of junk

raiders do have a high chance of dropping one but i wanted to focuse on guaranteed world spawns

I actually started selling the handmade rifles. Standard level 15s for 70 caps. Usually get rid of 1 or 2 so that's pretty cool.

if you are above level 50 you will no longer get normal weapon plans from daily ops but that's about it it will not affect anything else

your level doesn't determine what you will find in the world you can still find a low level recipe almost every where in the world the only thing that your level effects is the daily ops and the enemy levels and that doesn't affects the plan drops at all so if you want to farm it (unless your low level and can't hit these places) you are just getting unlucky with the spawns

You have to scrap all the extra ones you have to unlock mods for it, so pick up every one yoh find and scrap all the ones you don't want to keep
