- The plaintiff says she and the defendant were friends for 10 years, but then the defendant attacked her and accused her of setting up her brother to get shot. She’s suing her for car repairs and a rental car. The defendant is countersuing for concert tickets and defamation.
That was the most unprepared plaintiff I've ever seen. And she better keep her eyes open for the angry lady. Geeez!
And she is a real-estate agent, LOL

Judge Mathis is wrong on the amount of time to get a vehicle looked at. I called last month to get my a/c fixed and I can’t get in until the end of the month.

If the plaintiff was, indeed, ‘scandalous’, and the type of person who could get somebody’s house shot up, I am pretty sure that the plaintiff wouldn’t have had to sue the defendant. The defendant would be crying,tied up in somebody’s basement right now, wishing she would have worked on her jealousy and anger issues a long time ago.

I get so TIRED of these meddlesome sisters! If her brother's house got "shot up", apparently HE was involved in something that CAUSED his house to be shot up! As an example, I can remember being involved in a situationship which I ended due to baby brother's narcissistic abuse, lying snd cheating! One thing I think is true about this whole case, is that woman does have mental issues. She assumed the other woman had her brother’s house shot up, because she said she didn’t know him? Either she’s mentally disturbed, or she was just looking for a reason to fight her because that was a crazy excuse.
Not only that, but her brother confirmed the info. Judge said he was very descriptive.

I felt bad for the plaintiff. I believe the defendant damaged the car with her "anger issues." The plaintiff just messed up by not getting a report or pressing charges.

I agree. People work and have life to deal with. Most of the time, if a car repair isn't urgent, people get estimates when they have enough money to get the repair done.

@@oneshot2g she said the problem was arrangements. Nobody knows this ladies situation and priorities. Just cause she didn’t do it the next day don’t mean she waited too late. I see some cases people wait 6 months like a month and a half to make arrangements to get a whole day off to go to the car shop is not unreasonable.

It’s weird that JM thinks it’s unreasonable to get her car to the shop over a month later. That’s totally normal. I was hit about 2 weeks ago and it took 3 weeks just to get in for the estimate. The car won’t be repaired until

She's lying, she damaged the woman's car. He should have been able to see that in the converstion they had about the tickets. She asked her if she was gonna fix her car and she said, well, I'm keeping the ticket... That's proof right there.

@djlindsey1230 she didn't show proof of it being dismissed, and by it being dismissed that means she had no proof with that judge either . And who would wait a month and a half 2 take car 2 shop and notice she said because the damages didn't make the car in operable but she still didn't show proof that she took 2 a body shop, which is what you would do if it has body damage she lied

The brother is a well known street dude. Him and the plaintiff probably did cross paths back in the day, but perhaps she didn’t recall or didn’t want to admit it to the friend because she most likely messed around with another street dude that was known for setting dudes up and she is now classy and done with street guys so when her brother house got shot up, she became the number one suspect because of her past associations. However, the defendant been low key jealous for years because she jumped too quick at the chance to fight her and set her up to do it.

Tanika is a jealous friend who finally found a reason (no matter how ridiculous) to fight her friend & the plaintiff is used to being shown partiality because she is beautiful and came unprepared. It’s an expensive lesson but one that most of us learn early on.

Why would she want to know if the plaintiff knew her brother? I don't get it, and why is her brother house being shot up in the first place? I think the plaintiff was telling the truth, but she failed to take the proper actions because she was just as confused about being attacked as I am about the defendant wanting to know if the plaintiff knew her brother.

JM ruled wrong. He saw the email that proved the plaintiff car was in fact damaged and she was accusing the defendant of car damages

@@jonathanolave3479 but the judge was initially searching for SOMETHING that could support her claim the girl damaged her car. That’s why he asked for the restraining order. The restraining order wouldn’t show she admitted to it either now would it?
