- The plaintiff rented a room in the defendant’s home but only ended up staying there six days because he claimed she was a crackhead. He says the defendant accused him of sexual assault, so he’s suing for property, a court fine, and emotional distress. The defendant argues the plaintiff started hitting on her and then stood naked in her living room. She’s countersuing for emotional distress.
When she said “look at him” and the camera panned back over to him, I spit my food out🤣🤣🤣🤣💀

Desperate times call for desperate measures!! The plaintiff didn't make the wisest decision in finding a roommate off of Craigslist, but she did make a great and safe decision by getting rid of the problematic plaintiff out of her residence when she did. ⚖️

? to the commenters: Isn't Craigslist like a classified ad section? Don't people use Craigslist to post jobs, items for sale, rentals, etc.? So, wouldn't the problem be that the defendant didn't thoroughly check out the people who responded to her ad? NOT that she used Craigslist, because from what I understand, that's what Craigslist is for.
