Allegations of Abuse

The plaintiff says she dated the defendant and got pregnant, but then he began to abuse her. She’s suing him for unpaid child support. The defendant admits he got physical with the plaintiff but insists it was in self-defense and regrets it. He claims his ex is keeping his daughter from him.
