- The plaintiff has been friends with the defendant for over 30 years. However, the plaintiff put the defendant on her phone plan, but she failed to pay, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant claims the plaintiff offered to put her on the cell phone plan to save money. Unfortunately, the defendant says the plaintiff put spyware on her phone, so she got rid of it.

I don't have cancer but I have a terminal illness, the only thing is that I don't know when it could happen, I'm expected to live for 5 years and in 2 years into that. Saying you have cancer is beyond low and karma's a female dog.

'Life expectancy' numbers are hard to nail down because it's not possible to know the true number of years a person will live. Don't lock yourself into what you've been told but try to think outside the box. New and positive ideas about health and healing may be the way to go and may help you. Look on the internet. As a person battling cancer right now doing treatments every 6 weeks and scans every 12 weeks , I hope and pray she never gets cancer 😮

Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to move on, I really loved her so much i can't stop thinking about her and the memories we shared. I've tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail. I'm frustrated, and i don't see my life with anyone else. I've done my best to get rid of the thoughts, but i can't. I don't know why I'm saying this here, but i really miss her and i wish i could get her back.

Man, I trust my bestie with my life, and she trusts me more than her family. When she was in college she was struggling a bit, I gave her some cash, nothing extravagant and she hesitated to take it, but did. Now in my hardships, I've never asked for help but she has sent me some also saying she had a feeling I needed it. She's now a doctor. ❤ this case saddens me

Plaintiff needs to be more careful on helping people with cell phones. Never put anyone over the age of 18 on a phone plan. They will stiff you.
It really depends on who's involved. I'm about 40 and on a plan with my parents. I pay my part and it's cheaper for all of us.

Lying about having cancer is so messed up
As a person who is a cancer survivor I am very very upset about anyone using cancer as an excuse for any reason. Saying that you have cancer so someone can leave you alone or have pity on you to give you money or things is simply horrible you are a very horrible person and there is a very special place for you in hell😮
If youre not in a position to pay for your own, expensive phone & plan, they do make decent pre paid phones. Might not be an iPhone or Samsung, but they do the same thing. My best friend uses prepaid, pays $20 a month. He paid $60 for his phone, looks just like everyone elses, does everything my phone does. Makes me feel like a sucker for paying what i do!
They have prepaid iPhones. I have one! Hehehe 🤭
This is why it's best to get your own, never put anyone on your phone plan or share your location with anyone.

I’ve had a prepaid plan since high school, and I don’t feel the need to change that. It’s only $60 for me to have unlimited talk, text, and data. Anytime I want a new phone, I have to buy it outright, which works for me because I don’t upgrade my iPhone every time a new one comes out.
Yup I don't believe your cell phone bill should affect your credit score. I buy my phones out right also because I don't need to lease a phone. If I can't afford the latest and greatest then I get a basic model that I can afford. Folks need to prioritize and live within their means.

Why would the plaintiff sue for two cheap cell phones that doesn't have anything to do with the defendant?
Hope this help...I believe they felt it did because she messed up their account by not paying for her part of the bill. So the plaintiff stopped covering defendants part of the bill, then at some point all together stopped, forcing them to get a new account. But, legally they couldn't sue for it. That's why the judge made her comment about the big 3, lol.

My sister and I were old maids until she got married at age 58 I knew our relationship would change (should change because hubby now comes first) but I never ever thought I would be completely abandoned. I don’t think the judge understands. When you have such a high bill, they are not just going to take a measly 200$ to keep the account up and running. She would be paying that money only for it to be disconnected.
