It is great seeing the behind the scenes action. It is obvious that folks aren't hired only for their looks but for their work and knowledge. Love watching seeing the hard works you all deliver. Blair continue the great videos and content.😊
Anthony Bourdain once said, that he wouldn't believe the seafood on the menu of a cruise ship to be 'catch of the day' unless he sees the head chef with a fishing rod on the bow. Well... here we go, Paul.
Thanks, Catherine; the guests were there, just not in the shot, and we saw Captain Paul catch them, and we also showed them how to clean and prepare the lobsters for dinner. 🛥🥂
You all crack me up... If all of us could live in your environment, have the fun... I know you are are ALL super professional at your jobs, as am I... but you have so many opportunities to break out!!! Love this channel!!!! Have watched Nina for years,,, she is awesome!!!!
Hello 👋😎 From Lake Tahoe California. Loving the ending where all the yachts are anchored up and there under lights making the yachts look like stars in the ocean during the evening.
------ " How lucky the guests must feel to being catered in the best possible way by a crew who has not only thought of every single little detail from best early anchor positions to view fire works, 5 star dining thru to high energy crews hands on water sports especially for the children. No doubt the best in the business thanks again mates for a pleasant experience how proud the owners must feel! Until next time " chow "! ---------
Another well put together episode team Loon, Captain Paul amazes me with the involvement of the Captain in all the daily events to ensure the optimum delivery of service to the Charter guests, strange that the Below Deck Captains(not including Captain Jason) spend a large portion of their time in the wheel house. Never mind that show does not even come close to the professionalism of MY Loom and the wonderful crew. Honourable mention to Blair for his creative imagination and devotion to the quality of videography produced. Cheers and thank you from Noosa Australia 🇦🇺
Great show as always.Nice Lobbies, the guests are definitely in good hands.Great night viewing for new years in the harbour drone shots.Love the surround lighting.
Great video... Nice to see the crew doing some of the video work... and showing us historic parts of their adventures... also nice to see the happy team culture 🎉
Great video. Franco’s next dress up is a lobster 🦞. Nice to see the crew at work plus enjoying the scenery and fun in the water. The food looked great noticed Dean struggled to say carrots 🥕 😀
Great video as always, seeing life on the other side of the Atlantic is really interesting. Beautiful scenery ( we live in a beautiful bay) but I reckon your waters are a darn site warmer than our. You have a fantastic crew with you Captain Paul, Cheers Blair for showcasing such a beautiful Super Yacht great work. All the best from our bit of Paradise.
Love the new content, watched dinner of the older stuff(6/7months old) recently as well, your style of producing has changed, but both new and “old” are phenomenal. Thanks Blair and crew.
Would have loved to see the Fireworks. Great final pan of all the yachts in the bay. Love all the behind the scenes mini interviews. Please tell the crew as I’m sure it must be hard for them to be interrupted when in the middle of working. You do such a great job. Thank you Blair (& Paul)
Some very nice and welcome warm shots in this one guys...much appreciated! Just finished a week and a half of freezing cold -40s up here in the great white north eh.
Really enjoyed content. I am from South Africa and worked many years ago as a term charter yacht captain in the Virgin Islands, based in St Thomas for 6 years . Enjoy seeing all the places again through you guys
Great job sending a camera off with Corey great to see the mill. The Virgin Isle's are really lending themselves to those scenic drone shots. Off to go find that instagram reel now.
Really enjoy watching this side of yacht life. The crew all seem extremely happy and enjoy their job. Would they find working on a new build of similar size boring if it was not a charter boat? With an owner who spends 75% of the year on board who is not into too many parties but always wants a happy crew. It is great to see you take privacy seriously which would find extremely important.
I loved seeing the behind the scenes of making tablescapes etc. I’d like to know how each department runs behind the scenes both on and off charter. Thank you for another great video!
Great video. First time commenting on one of you guys videos, but I absolutely love your content!! My new fav youtube channel 💯 @blair keep up the amazing camera&editing work!!
Nice vlog…..love lobster mmm. So happy to see the vlog out look forward to part two….3 weeks behind Blair so lots of content….daddy tomato took baby tomato out for a walk…baby dragged behind constantly until daddy yelled KETCHUP! You too B
Another great video, have missed you guys, what happened ?? I don't use instagram but hope the film of you guys jumping off the boat was good, looked a long way down. Did the girls jump also ? Capt Paul seemed very good at lobster catching.
Could you do some more water sports videos or some videos where the crew actually talk about what it’s like to work on a yacht and the pros and cons and if they recommend it or not, the fact you go to dream destinations every day.
Hey Loon crew. An idea for a video that I don't think you have shown yet (if you have sorry I forgot). Maintenance on the toys, how do you guys fuel them, charge them, and just get them ready for guests?
I have been binging. I love the Loon and the fun you guys have. Just one problem, the Aussie garbling of every place name is maddening. Please, enunciate. Or maybe a caption when locations are mentioned? I like to use google maps to see just where you are, it's the only vacation I will ever have.
"Lobster Tag" was hilarious! Well done! Also, the synchronized jump with camera drop hasn't made it to Instragram as yet, look forward to that clip for sure...
Video idea. Day in the life of a guest from wake up to sleep. Obviously can’t show the guests themselves but and have a few of the crew fill in as the guests. To show us what the full Loon experience is that we don’t get to see usually. Another idea would be above the surface, below the surface. Where you show the guest perspective as above the surface then show what the crew does to make that a reality as the below the surface.
Should have shown the lobsters to some of the interior girls and chased them around the boat!!! Also love seeing Loon at night with the lights on the waterline. Plus, did I hear M/Y Revelry in the background?!?! (Nina's old yacht as her first time being head chef!) Cheers, Blair!!
Hope you don’t mind a question, do you have to do safety briefing to the guests? Ive seen you practicing drills but I’ve never seen any mention of briefing the guests. Thanks.
Yes, we do safety briefings about what to do in case of emergencies. Where to go, who to listen to, how to put on a life jacket when and how to abandon ship. It does t take long as there is only 12 guests max.
Love love love the video. Thank you! Curious- did you do the dares from November? I don’t get on instagram much so maybe you did? Can’t wait to see what silly things the fans make you do. 😉
We hope to be in the Bahamas in April. Unfortunately, the Bahamian government put an absurd tax on charter yachts, which has kept most of the yachts away for the past 2 years. We love the Bahamas and were one of the first responders to the Abacos after Dorian in 2019 🛥🥂🇧🇸
@@motoryachtloon I truly appreciate the response 🙏🏽 Blair or Captain Paul. I'm not surprised out governments (both sides) are greedy hoarders. The majority suffers and some work multiple jobs just to pay the bills and survive while the government and people connected to them live lavish lifestyles. I'm not gonna sugar coat our governments are terrible. On a much brighter note I've probably watched every video on this channel I would love one day to be standing on the shore or on the dock and see the Loon 🙌🏽🙏🏽. Such an absolutely gorgeous vessel.
@@motoryachtloon also about Dorian. I have family in friends that live on the island of Abaco and they said first hand if it wasn't for kind hearted persons flying or bringing food and supplies directly to the island they dnt know how they would have survived. The Bahamas government wanted everything donated to be sent to Nassau. Unfortunately the Bahamians on Abaco never received these goods and supplies. There has been photos going around that the wicked Bahamian government auctioned the items off.
Hi king, We heard you on that. Regardless we love your beautiful country and hope to be up there in early April. Keep on watching, and you should be able to see us. Make sure to come by and meet Captain Paul and some of the crew
No way! We didn't know that!! We were there 24 hours after the storm hit and were just focusing on saving lives and evacuating people. There were so many great responders there that helped. I didn't know that about the government so sad to hear.
what are your watch rotations like? do you stand a constant rotation of 4 on 8 off, or european style watches? Also what licenses do you have. Are they Unlimited tonnage or certain tonnage?
That night drone shot in the bay was gorgeous with all the boats lit up like that.
Right? She looks awesome at night
Captain Paul can do just about everything related to water!
Except drive a boat…
It is great seeing the behind the scenes action. It is obvious that folks aren't hired only for their looks but for their work and knowledge. Love watching seeing the hard works you all deliver. Blair continue the great videos and content.😊
I really hope your guests appreciate the effort the crew go to so they have a fabulous charter. 🇦🇺 😊
Ohhhhh they pay.
Anthony Bourdain once said, that he wouldn't believe the seafood on the menu of a cruise ship to be 'catch of the day' unless he sees the head chef with a fishing rod on the bow. Well... here we go, Paul.
Farm to table Loon style 😁
Right, I totally agree. Would love to hear the guests reaction to them being told Captain Paul caught it that same day.
Thanks, Catherine; the guests were there, just not in the shot, and we saw Captain Paul catch them, and we also showed them how to clean and prepare the lobsters for dinner. 🛥🥂
Thank you for sharing
I love watching everyone interacting with one another
It seems like a very great enviroment you have created

This was a fun one ! So cool to get fresh lobster 🦞

Cheers guys. Loving the "video diary of a crew member" section at the sugar mill and sunset. Please do this with more crew members. 👍🏻
What an adventure, loved going along with you. Nothing but respect for this crew.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We're glad you enjoyed the adventure. It means a lot to me and the crew. 🛥🥂
Another top notch production. The team look happy (at least on camera), hard work totally paying off 🤙

Livin' the Life...... 😎👍✌
Great vid, worth the wait :). Have you guys considered a collab with Vic and Rico from NautiStyles? That'd be pretty cool, as well. Have a good week.
any chance you guys could take a drone view of the turtles swimming in magens, brewers, or st john? I saw on in the quick shot of magens

Yes for sure, every charter guest leaves with a big video of their entire trip to take home with them
