Thank you for watching our journey through the Antigua Charter Yacht show. All the crew did a great job. It was unfortunate not to win the chef competition, but we did win the infused water competition, which I should have mentioned in the video outro. Courtney and all the girls crushed it. Thank you to all the show's sponsors and organizers; we can't wait to return next year. Stay tuned next week as we premier Charter number 2 in the BVI's 🛥🥂
You did a great job on the video getting the spirit of the Show, the enthusiasm of the crew and tension of the competitions on film! Output getting better and better!
Hello Captain Paul , your channel is really interesting for showing us the backstage with different content and involving all the crew . Just hope you receive a lot of awards you deserve . You will be soon" the most famous Yacht Captain " over the world 😉
Paul, with Alfa Nero. She was "abandoned" originally and the gent who is widely believed to be the beneficial owner (Andrey Guryev) refused to admit ownership, a trick he also pulled with his other sanctioned yacht, Luminosity. So effectively she was never actually seized from him. When the sale was announced his daughter, Yulia Guryeva-Motlokhov suddenly came forward and claimed she was the owner, something neither Guryev nor the management company (Burgess) or the registered owners (Royale Oceanic, a UK-based shelf company whose only asset is Alfa Nero) thought to mention previously. From that point on things got way too messy to detail here but the entire story is online but suffice to say she recently had her claim of ownership rejected by the Antiguan courts so the poor old gal may shortly be back up for sale. And yes, you are correct, she's a stunning yacht and one of my favourites as well.
Nina... it's because of the interaction about the time you still had, she did not like that would be my guess.. it was NOT the food.. as usual that rocked and the setting was just mind boggling.. So compliments to all of you, you won as far as I'm concerned ....
I have been a huge fan of Nina and Crew Chef since her first video. I was very sad when she stopped. So happy to see her videos again with Loon. What a great program and fun way to highlight Loon. If I was able to charter a yacht for vacation it would be Loon just to hang out with the captain and crew. Sorry.... but Nina is the winner from where I sit. Aye Aye Captain!!! Anchors Aweigh!!!
The crew is obviously Team Loon 100%. It's great that you guys are all good sports with the "competition". What's classy is Paul showing us the "neighbors" at the Marina. I know each charter has their niche, but that was nice. Better luck next time @the_crewchef! Curious as to how you incorporated the caviar lol. As always, Well Done everyone!
Thanks as always Bubba for watching and your kind comments. We were bummed Nina didn’t win but we learned a lot being our first competition and will be back better than ever next year 🛥️🥂
I delighted to see people travel to Antigua and go shopping for food to cook! I spent a lot of time in Antigua when I was young, and it was one of the most warm and friendly places. People would invite me into the yard to eat as I was walking back to the boat. Let's just say I had lots of fun sampling the local flora & fauna 😉
Very interesting to follow all work on-board a big yatch like Loon and see alll new crew. Was a fan of Awol before with Tristan Mortlock as captain. His yatch got sold an he disappeared for while but he's back again in a smaller yatch....So I found your Yatch Loon for a short while ago. It's the same concept in videos with the life on-board wich are very intersting, so keep up the good work . See ya😊😊
I don’t know who the judges were but I’ve followed Chef Nina for awhile now and she is massively impressive. I cook for a living and her skills are unquestionable! I am literally glued to the screen when she cooks. What I really want to know is what she did with the caviar?
How were they “professional judges” and yet they were all glued to their iPhones, filming, taking pictures of their plates etc? I’m pretty sure those were just semi wealthy people that said “hey I would like to be on the tasting panel please” lol😂
Paul, Symphony takes 256k liters fully fueled!! WOW! Also, from drone shot, it is strange to see Loon look so small when she is really big. Dang, some big yachts out there!! Have fun and great to see you sharing of other yachts!
Absolutely fabulous episode Blair, gee we really enjoy sitting back to watch your channel, informative, bloody funny and downright totally enjoyable, we may have to win a major lotto prize to be able to Charter Loon however that you soo much for allowing us to be part of your yachting world- Chef Nina and Captain Paul fingers crossed for next years event 🎄🎄🎄🎄Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 🥳 to all the crew
Excellent video looks as though you had a great time at this Boat Show. Nina may not have placed, but in my HEART she's a champion and can whip me up a meal anytime. Great videoing Blaire. Crew did an awesome job. Looking forward to next video or LIVE STREAM
I know a lot has happened in the last few months after this vid; But the atmosphere is so good. All the staff & crew on Loon are passionate. Great vibes, so good.
17:50 "the owner" who didn't show up until it was removed from sanctions. And meanwhile "the owner"'s dad was asked if it was his and he said "no". Not "it's my daughter's". Yeah, it's sanctioned hard.
Thaaaaaank you MY Loon Family for another great video. 🛥🦢 And congratulations Nina, you still rocked it guuuurl and did your best in the chef competition. 👩🏽🍳 bring on next years Antigua show. 🩵🩷🤍
Hi. Great vids. You never mentioned the Sea Owl behind Loon. That green shade is simply astonishing and I believe it's 1400+GT for 61m. You don't see those numbers often. .
Another amazing video! I so love your videos, and Nina‘s videos. I know you guys don’t sail on the West Coast, but did you hear that the California yacht club caught on fire in Marina del Rey? My father was Commodore in 1967 When it was built very sad a lot of sailing history went up and smoke. Keep those videos coming love and prayers from Colorado
I always really enjoy your content many thanks, just a thought but so many of us are struggling with day to day life at the moment and will probably never be in a position to charter your Yacht, perhaps a random selection of subscribers could be offered the chance to enjoy Loon and a free holiday onboard. I realise this is down to the owners of Loon and not up to the staff. Hopefully the Owners would be willing to give us the chance of a lifetime. Thanks again
First I would like to salute all Loon crew. They are all special and nothing like the “below deck” “reality tv show” with all that drama… somehow I know a little how it works because I use to be a bartender at Celebrity Cruises. Perhaps my favorite crew are Nina and Page. I really don’t believe that in Antigua (my favorite Islam in the Caribbean) does not grow potatoes, Probably not for that market and not commercially. Anyway about sustainability Nina could use regular potatoes for her gnocchi from near by sourced market. Guess what, when they come up with secret ingredient as beluga caviar from half way around the world. 11:21
I been watching you guy from the beginning, and you are doing a amazing jobs. Congrats to all Team :). For last years i been thinking working in a charter boat, like you guys. Working in hospitality, already for few years in 5* hotel in Switzerland. but my my passion for surfing, diving and boats make me this a lot. Some help, where can I start? knowing that I have no experience in charter? love you guys.
Love your content. Thank you very much Q: What AC voltage do customers use when on board (and mains plug type)? That Motor Yatch Loon services both sides of the Atlantic. Just curious
Great video as usual! Just a quick question . . . . When the deck crew is cleaning any and all surfaces, that's exposed to the weather, do they ever use any Ceramic coatings?
At least its not red rain. Nothing sucks worse than red rain. For all those people who habe never worked on a yacht and had to clean up the mess from red rain.
Ok so I was loving the yachts and I’m always fully on Team Nina, but then my eyes popped out of my head Loony Tunes style when I saw diesel for $1.12/L?!? In marinas here on BCs west coast it’s pushing $1.80/L and it’s been falling for weeks. Ps: agree with Nina, Loon needs a boat cat 😁
Thank you. 😊 The fuel price is tax free and price is further reduced based on quantity ordered. Antigua is one of the cheaper islands to bunker in the Caribbean. Haha Capt Paul won’t let us get a cat 🐈
The owner of M/Y is the guy who founded Capri-Sun. And for more of the saga on Alfa Nero, you should watch Esysman Superyacht. He chronicles all the Russian yachts.
What’s the ROI on this? Is it basically just impress the brokers to help get you more charters? Is it really worth it? There didn’t seem to be more than 2 dozen yachts there anyway. Btw, Symphony holds 256,000 liters…
Hilarious to ask for sustainability and and add Caviar as a secret ingredient. I suspect Nina tried to stick to the actual sustainability brief and the other chefs were aware that the judges couldn’t give a f@&k about sustainability

An thanks everyone for your kind comments regarding the comp! It was a fun experience :D
Next season you'll get the win but as you know you're already winning.
Waitasec, what was the rest of your menu? You have to share 🔪🍽🥂
Thank you. You folks are fantastic 🎉
Nina you were robbed! Your plates looked fantastic as usual, unreal that the judges did not see that. You rock, they suck lol :-)

Oh those girls in the crows nest right at the end for the horns! What an epic spot to finish the show!
I had to look away sorry, my one fear

Nina with the kitty says it all. ❤
I love it when you guys point out all the other yachts and give information about them. Great video!

Nina! You never cease to amaze me! Go you and your team!
What an excellent channel. Who would have thought that watching day to day activities would be so entertaining. Great video and presentation. 🇦🇺 😊
The boat horns and everyone cheering at the end was so powerful and beautiful 🤩
Always a great moment of any boat show 🛥️🥂
Great content 100%, I liked how we have been able to partake in so much on and off the yacht.
Thank you for watching we love showing our daily lives to everyone 🛥️🥂

22:45 "Oh that's cool"
22:53 "Bloody Hell!" 😅
Absolutely Love Your Crew !!!
The walking around the other boats was very interesting should do it more 👍👍👍👍
INTERESTING video, captain Paul is the best together with Nina, cheers from Argentina! Tati
It is amazing Loon looks “small” compared to some of the other yachts
Air Craft carrie’s you ❤?
It’s not the size of the boat 😉
@@motoryachtloon That’s what all undersized boats say..
If I were ever to have the pleasure of chartering a vacation on the Loon, I’d request for Chef Nina!!
Nina is the best 🛥️🥂
2:11 Blair looks like Michael fassbender
Nord is my favourite looking boat
Great Video!
Your orientation graphics like maps with routes and milages are greatly helpful to the story,
Thank you we try to put them in when possible 🛥️🥂
Great vid!!!! Nina is the best!!!!!!
Nice vibe there
that is the biggest Papaya I have ever seen! In my store they are the size of the palm of my hand
WOW!! So cool!!! I wouldn't have even known that anything like this existed. You ladies are MASTERS at your craft!!!
Another great show. Loved it 😁
Thank you 😊
The onboard gym must be pretty lit cause you guys all look in incredible shape!
Nina is the best!
Another great video amazing to see all the other boats and crew enjoying the show and working hard as Loon crew do 😂
Nina great job next year 😁
Amazing!
merch coming soon? super excited. always a great vid from loon, everything looked spot on, with all toys in water.
Good fun!
The table scape was gorgeous! Great job!
Which crew member spends the most time scheming shenanigans? Captain Paul or...?
It’s a team effort 🛥️🥂
Hi. Great vids. You never mentioned the Sea Owl behind Loon. That green shade is simply astonishing and I believe it's 1400+GT for 61m. You don't see those numbers often. .

Every yacht needs a "boat cat".
Great video something different 👍🏻
the crewshef is a fantastic chef
Nice
🎉❤Brilliant Excellent !!!👍👏👏
Thank you for your support and encouragement! It means a lot to us 🛥🥂.
Always love when others pronounce papaya as it is spelt- sounds odd. In the Caribbean we say pawpaw! Lol !
To each his own.
Might be because they are actually different fruits??
We just had this debate onboard! In the end no one knew the correct way.. I’m so confused I just say both. 🛥️🥂
@@CaptPaulClarke I am actually tempted to say papaya in London but pawpaw in the Caribbean. So good call!
Another amazing video! I so love your videos, and Nina‘s videos.

We saw Quantum of Solace in New London CT harbor last summer. What a beauty
I love cloud 9
Isn’t she a beauty 🛥️🥂
Aaw!! Nina should have won! Well, we all love and support you. Excellent content once again. Glad you're also not a fan of BMW.

Absolute corker Blair. One of your best yet. Great music choices. Captured the vibe perfectly. Can't wait for the next one.
We need a boat cat.🤣🤣🤣🤣

At 20.00 Greta saw the fuel cart and left the blog!
😂
Hi guys your weather in Antigua looks more like British weather 😂
❤
May I ask what is your favorite pasta recipe for homemade pasta
At least its not red rain. Nothing sucks worse than red rain. For all those people who habe never worked on a yacht and had to clean up the mess from red rain.
Red rain is the WORST!

I thought for SURE Nina would win! Well played...next time!
What’s the ROI on this? Is it basically just impress the brokers to help get you more charters? Is it really worth it? There didn’t seem to be more than 2 dozen yachts there anyway. Btw, Symphony holds 256,000 liters…
yep pretty much. There were 67 yachts on display and hundreds of brokers. They tour the yachts and then report back to their clients. 🛥🥂
Do you ever worry about pirates boarding Loon?
Maybe butt pirates
This is so cool! Dam unfortunate she didn’t win D:
Yea we were bummed but we all know Nina is a winner 🏆
Any chance or place to get Loon merch?
👍🦋👍🦋👍🦋
What was Chef Dean doing there?
He popped in to say hi. He was helping one of the provisioners on the island. Deans back next week when Nina goes on rotation 🛥️🥂
Come to trinidad😭
Hopefully we’ll make it down there later this season 🛥️🥂
Ok I take two cruises a year and pay about 3100 usd a week. Any chance I can charter loon for that. Maybe?🤑 lol. Safe travels y’all.
Hilarious to ask for sustainability and and add Caviar as a secret ingredient. I suspect Nina tried to stick to the actual sustainability brief and the other chefs were aware that the judges couldn’t give a f@&k about sustainability
There are quite a few sustainable farms that generally harvest the roe without killing the fish.
But that’s not Caviar
@@Jimmy-lp6wf According to the companies it is, and evidently there is a healthy market for it.
Captain Paul looks like Blink 182's guitarist lol
That’s a first… Thank you..? 🤔
Yacht overdose!
🛥 boat's are like dogs.🐶
They cost realy much, take very much attention, and you have to feed him and give him to drink.
Because it's hungry💸
How can I get a Loon Sticker?
The look of this video is different. Are you guys using a new camera?
I first thought the 'rain' was not natural but produced by some revanchist folks...😅🎉
its called a "garden" where they grow vegetables
165,000 litres pumping at around 1L every 1.6 seconds. Poor block has to sit in his Tuktuk for about 73 hours 🤣
It pumps around 300L/min so it’s not that bad. Takes around 8-9hrs.
