Fast bowlers 16-week pre-season strength and conditioning program.
tinyurl.com/2h... In this video, I'll show you how to set up and implement wicket running into your sprint training program.
The mini hurdle wicket drill reinforces correct upright or maximal velocity sprinting mechanics and helps athletes to improve their sprint technique.
I recommend starting off with a 20m fly in and around a dozen mini hurdles. Complete 3-6 repetitions before moving into your regular all-out sprint work during max velocity speed development sessions.

What is the height that you recommend for the wickets? And what material are they made of? What number of wickets to perform all these exercises?

Literally answered your first and third question in the video. Watch again and listen more carefully. They’re just made of plastic. Can make your own out of PVC pipe - google this and you’ll find out how to do it.
