Reach up the wall with the same arm as your stance leg. Keep belly button pointing straight ahead at the wall. Use obliques to elevate free hip (hip lock) to create additional space to clear the hurdle.

How is this any different from Maximum Aerobic Function (MAF) or Maximum Lactate Steady State? Seems like they are all roughly the same speed, the maximum speed you can sustain before passing the lactate threshold.
I've been trying to improve this aspect of my game. When I'm A skipping between the wickets, I run at a slower pace, which results in me getting run out halfway down the pitch. Also, when I implement the 'A skip' into my bowling, I bowl very inconsistently.
What’s the point with that kind of exercises?

Be very careful with the weighted ball. My son, after years of hard work at academy level blew his shoulder out, effectively finishing his ambition to play pro cricket.
I agree with this point I practice with 3kg ball and trust me I spend 15 minutes warm up for my shoulder also I only throw with my bowling action standing not giving too much stress to shoulders and I hope your son have a quick recovery and comes back in cricket I know the pain of not playing cricket because I have asthma I'm making slow comeback let's see ❤
What is the height that you recommend for the wickets? And what material are they made of? What number of wickets to perform all these exercises?
Literally answered your first and third question in the video. Watch again and listen more carefully. They’re just made of plastic. Can make your own out of PVC pipe - google this and you’ll find out how to do it.

hello I would like to schedule a MAS training with the following parameters: MASS : 5 m/s Intensity: 130% MAS Duration : 15 sec Work: test: 1:3 Section length: 5 m/s * 1.3 * 15 = 97.5 m If I want to make a change of direction I have to calculate: 5 m/s * 1.3 * 14 = 91 m Then the competitors run 91 m( 2 x 45.5 m ) with one change of direction?

That test doesn't seem accurate to me. If I run aerobically and deck out after 6 minutes. It will look like I have a much higher anaerobic capacity than I actually have. edit: nvm, apparently I can't read titles. Thought the test was to find anaerobic capacity not aerobic
