He calls or text weekly to do a rain check as how I am doing. I stopped replying to breadcrumbs text messages. After 9 days he call and chatted about his work. He also mentioned I was quite and did not hear from me. I told him I was busy and suggested to meet when he is free.

another great video! I'm starting to see some of the signs with my ex, and it's great to get good advice on how to understand and deal with or even spot these signs. And not jump the gun and make mistakes that could delay or end any opportunity for things to work out for us.

My ex emailed me to tell me I'm blocked on everything and hopes I have a good life and I taught her alot. After following me on Twitter after I spontaneous made one. She commented on an anxiety post I made about limiting caffeine to help anxiety "wonder where you learned that" I really don't care to play these kid games. I'm just moving on. She left me and is now pursuing for attention. Remember the bad shit too. All the bad traits all the bad habit and truly remind yourself everyday why YOU were unhappy. I'm straight up. Good info, however, what if you just separated, then he filed for divorce and you are in no contact? I see no signs of anything except he's living it up. Of course, he was texting others and getting emotionally connected with them so it's not like he would be missing me. This after 10 years of marriage.
I met my ex few days ago. I have been in no contact cz i needed some space. He didnt try talking or anything.
We met 2 months laters and he asked me, when am i getting that dinner treat?
(I had promised to treat him to dinner months ago). I said, well you have been avoiding me. He said a bunch of stuff like i am so busy, i rarely call my friends even... i stated that i need effort from people in my life, even in friendships.
And no contact again since then.
Thing is, I’m changing for the better, I’m not seeing any change from him which is kind of off putting and if he isn’t willing to change then what’s the point of us walking back into the same relationship. He told me he misses me then he pulled away. It’s like a cycle, I’m just trying to remain nonchalant throughout the process but it’s frustrating as I want to reciprocate the energy he’s giving me.
I had a pretty bad break up I wasn’t honest about something she found out I came clean and she said she didn’t trust me and we broke up I never cheated or anything.. if was weeks of no contact I reached out again she said I destroyed her which I don’t see kinda how although I’m confused.. so I’m gonna fast forward we have been talking for a few days and all the conversation was good I got her to open up and laugh and she’s been expressing concern and care… her birthday was coming up and I asked her out to dinner for her birthday and told her I had a gift and she declined and said something about objects don’t fulfill her but and she got upset because I said I was trying to help mentally and get her out the house… and she got angry at me after we have had positive interactions for a few days now she’s saying she doesn’t want to her from me anymore I’m confused
Well...She broke up with me 4months ago...after having 6 years relation. We r still in contact bt she Neve initiated chat...alltime I do and she replies or picks my call and oneday I realised she checked my fb and also was asking about whether I talk with a girl or not. And she agreed with me to meet up and in the next month we r going to see eachother. Me and mine were only seeing eachother. When she asked for us to commit to a relationship I hesitated and she met someone else. We are back in touch and see eacother regularly. She's not with him anymore but The dynamic has completely changed and I just don't know how to get past this friends barrier. She now doubts that she ever felt for me in that way. My ex invited me back into her life. Plus everytime I visit her home, she hands me back an item of mine. Mostly stuff that could be trown in the bin.
It's seems like a form of anger.
She went back to her abusive husband and has been doing ALL of these things with me for a year and a half. I've told her she needs to leave me alone until she's pursuing actual divorce. Fearful avoidants do all these things SO much. Glad she finally knows it's from trauma and what she ought to do about it, as she knows none of her aversion has anything to do with me.

I split from the mother of my children almost two weeks ago after nearly 8 years, the initial first day or two were very intense and we couldn't speak properly, since then we have spent the day with the kids which was a very joyful experience for us all, we are going to be spending my son's birthday together, she also suggested that we do an event again this year that we have done every year as a family, now I get that none of those are just for us two, we have spoke on the phone for 15 mins at a time a few times, we also text aswell but they are mainly about the kids altho she does use smily emojis in some messages. She isn't sure if she misses me and at one point she said she cares for me and loves me as the father of her children. I am in limbo at the moment, I want to continue to spend time with her and my children but I also want to know if anything else is going to come from it or should I just move on and find a new happiness.
Our general interactions are positive with smiles and hellos etc they don't feel awkward.
Hi mate, I'm in a similar situation to you. I hope things have worked out well for you. Three months after breaking up from my son's mum, we are now interacting much better and there are trips out together with our son planned. There are more positives than there were 3 months ago but still a way to go. Just going to carry on being the best dad possible.

Hi clay. My ex has exuded a lot of these signs. However my situation is really unique. I have a flight to her city and have been in no contact for 3 weeks? I'm going to be stating with her. I accused her of playin mind games, and lying to me. She believes I was putting on an affront. Prior to that even though she never called me, whenever I called she would always call me back. During our last phone call, even when we said we didn't believe each other, we were still being honest. We even cried together at the end. When she suggested friendship, I said no. She couldn't say that we're done. I asked the question. " Are we finished?" She couldn't say yes or no.

Being friends would probably work with some. If you agree to be friends with an avoidant, you will stay in the friend zone forever! Avoidants love being friends, and keep all ex's as friends.
