Es una práctica completa. No sólo me ha brindado bienestar a mi cuerpo, mi entendimiento sobre la vida y mi trato a los demás ha cambiado drásticamente.
Desde que la comencé, mis conocidos me dicen que me encuentran muy cambiado para mejor. Realmente hay una diferencia significativa cuando algo te mueve a ser mejor cada día.
Me cuesta poner en palabras lo mucho que me han ayudado los ejercicios y sus principios, sólo puedo invitar a que la prueben 🙏🏻.

I'm a doctor. For 39 years I have been studying wellness techniques and observing Falun Gong practitioners. I can confidently recommend this practice to everyone who really wants to take care of themselves and loved ones. It not only enhances antiviral immunity. It can help get rid of diseases and strengthen mental strength, improve overall health. Of course this is not a panacea. It all depends on you.

Conocí la práctica a través de mis 2 hermanos. Quedé maravillado con los cambios positivos en ellos (menos vicios, más generosos, etc).
No tengo palabras para expresar los cambios en mi carácter (de tener la necesidad constante de buscar nuevas maneras de satisfacer mis deseos de felicidad, a encontrar tranquilidad y significados más profundos a la vida).
