Hello @bambamboliaghori, Falun Dafa is a spiritual practice rooted in the Buddhist tradition that is practiced in over 100+ countries around the world. It consists of self-improvement through the study of teachings, and gentle exercises and meditation. Millions of people practice Falun Dafa and do the exercises in their own homes, in parks, or at local exercise sites. There are no requirements to join and all are welcome to join in the practice as they wish. Iam feeling ray of hope from this video about Falun Dafa.
I had a concussion in 2014 that severely limited my life for many years and by 2021 I was legitimately disabled. After practicing Falun Dafa, my post-concussion syndrome miraculously went away and now I'm fully healthy and can live a totally normal life. Obviously I'm extremely happy about having my life back but I'm even happier about how my moral character has improved and how I treat people. Falun Dafa is the best thing that has come into my life and I hope anyone reading this may feel encouraged to check out the practice :).
