Comencé apenas unos tres meses atrás, estaba acumulando tallas en mi cintura , empecé a hacer ejercicio sin decirle a mi esposo una mañana me dijo que estaba más delgada ahí me di cuenta que no eran ideas mías, mi cintura se redujo 8 centímetros y voy por más😄😄😄
