- Today's home workout is a 35 minute low impact HIIT session that will target your entire body from a standing position. It's a no jumping workout that won't require a lot of space so it's 100% apartment friendly. This will help you burn calories and promote fat loss. This HIIT workout features cardio & strength exercises that will get you a fat burning effect and leaner muscles. You can use it to tone your entire body at home - no equipment required.

Worjout #1: This one really had great combo moves... Excellent for the booty... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 276 steps... I thought it would be a higher burn since the 1st round I burned over 90 calories lol
Yeah, that burn is frustrating to say the least !!! I think the squat attack ones burn more!
