The deep meditation feature put me in the no thoughts state, is a deep layer but not the deepest. I would recommend this for new people getting in to the meditation realm to get familiar with the deep experience of relaxation. Thanks for sharing
I have a neo rhythm since February 2020, it works for my sleep improvement very well. Now I will try your advice thanks for sharing. In the last weeks, I am very impressed with calm and synchronization meditation is very stable to meditate for 20 minutes so far.
Hi Dr, Rall. Mind if I pick your brain, I’m a new PhD who enjoys research so I’m always trying to pair products with strategy if I can. I use a series of holistic treatments, the EarthPulse PEMF, the Far-Infrared Biomat, the Bioacoustic from Biomat. And recently, the Limina mind machine (Both eyes open and eye closed options with the 2 different glasses), the Muse-S and Neorhythm. I’ve started using Synctuition (an app using 3D sounds waves binaural beats brain entrainment), that I set to the bioacoustic so that the bioacoustic will vibrate to the Synctuition music in real time. Synctuition claims 25 minutes is equivalent to 4 hours of deep meditation. I want to layer the Synctuition with the muse-s, but I’m concerned the use of the bioacoustic which will help the neurons fire together but interfere eeg. Because the EarthPulse v6 gauss is so high (2200 max capacity 2 coils) I feel it’ll do the same thing, though I’m curious how the biomat works with any blocking or promoting of the eeg signal. So I’m thinking maybe I should attempt layering Synctuition and other deep meditation lead audios over the muse-S with the Neorhythm and that should be helpful. Would you think adding on the others (the EarthPulse, the bioacoustic, the biomat) or even the lumina led light mind machine (btw we’re getting the BrainTap this week which operates similar). Thank you for your time, you are appreciated and I look forward to your input if you have the chance. To recap I’m asking if you think the devices prone to fire neurons in units have a place in pairing the muse-S and or with the Neorhythm
that was exactly the kind of video i looked for! I had testet the Neorythm for a while but sent it back because I was not sure if it is only placebo. So I wondered if MUSE is better for me because Medidation is very hard for me and I think I need a neurofeedback to learn it. I missed a EEG testing tool if Neorythm does have an effect on brain waves.
Hey Dr. Rall - great video. I am going to try the “alpha and remove” technique you mentioned. I was thinking of using the Dispenza blessing of the energy centers for this, although it is quite long. Is there a guided that you recommend? Thanks.
Yes! I do something similar to blessing the energy centers, followed by alpha, and then the release. I was just thinking I need to make a tutorial on this. Definitely going to be a video in Jan2021 now. Thanks for the comment
Hi Tim, I think the most effective thing NeoRhythm could help with is anxiety related to depression. You may be able to get some better focus with the higher frequency modules as well.
Am I the only person that had a bad experience with the neorhythm? I had it on for 4 minutes on the theta range and I felt like I was loosing myself and a panic type reaction. Not only that, but for the next 3 days I had this slightly painful sensation in my scalp going around my head where the device had been placed.
The muse headband has a dumbass light that in itself it disrupts my meditation sessions. I've also noticed a damm wheezing noise at the peak of my meditation.. It always throws me off, now im interested in the neorhythm but I'm afraid adding insult to the injury won't help my meditation in the end lol what do
@@CodyRallMD yes :/ pitch black most of the time. And it feels like I'm wearing a headlamp when I start becoming more sensitive, no cap. It could be very useful if you had the option of turning it off dont u think?
@@CodyRallMD the most annoying thing is that ive tried painting it and everything comes off. I even tried gluing different stuff on it and it comes off as well because of the material texture of the apparatus.. It's weird none of the designers thought of it as it was the first thing i noticed in the very first session that I had... Like damm, this is going to be a problem haha :/
Maybe the Dr. can modulate his lack of prosody. His tone is so frantic and hurried it is counterproductive to his approach to meditation. I doesn't appear he is mindful or calm. Find it impossible to listen to his speech. Pity.
@@CodyRallMD I personally like quickness of your speech. When I'm gathering info, I want the info quickly. I don't need to be in a meditative state to learn about meditation tools! Keep it up, Dr. Rall. I like your style :)

Just bought one of these and ended up paying over 25% more on import tax!?

Thanks for that tip about the Neorythm and Muse, to let it build up then remove it. Hadn't thought of that.
Will try it.
Let me know how it goes!

I meditate early in the morning. I find my meditation is actually deeper with the sleep program compared to theta meditation .
That's some good feedback!
Still using??
In terms of uneaieness of mind potentially caused by depression and perfectionism, what would be the best of given programs?
Theta works well for me in Zazen - Calm and Sync actually increase my mind wandering.
Very interesting, thanks Bret

Dr Rall would you know if Neorhythm could have any help for conditions like ocd or depression or thru meditation this would help? Much appreciated

@@luizz_k Can you put black electrical tape over it? Or maybe reduce the brightness with a black sharpie? Otherwise, maybe turn on the light?
