Do you feel it can help with learning? It's incredibly hard for me to focus and retain information. I heard wearing these would help focus for studying?
So I’m stuck in this place, and I’ve heard you mention 80/20 rule several times about doing the work... The problem for me is staying asleep, early awakenings and incomplete sleep cycles as a result. Given all your wearables, and history what would you suggest for this issue? I’ve tried chillipad, Apollo Neuro, all sorts of sleep trackers and meditation, journaling, grounding mats, red light, sleep supplements and CBT for insomnia... I feel like I’m at 20 percent and need the 80, I’m not sure this is the one for me. What have you found works for doing the hard work? Great vids btw! Last question, how’s the battery life?
Thank you! Battery life gets me through a day (sleep session and a few focus sessions). For me the 80% on sleep were free-Ish things: was a consistent sleep schedule, no alcohol, no screens 3 hours before bed, sun light in the morning, bed time routine. I feel like those have a bigger impact than any product. Magnesium supplement would be the next
Read the book "Why we sleep" by Matthew Walker - neurosciencetist. There a lot of facts and recommendations about how to improve your sleep without any kind of medication or gadgets
Yes, I found it a bit difficult to set up so kept leaving it for a month.! I can't feel anything when it's on and haven't noticed any change after the session so maybe it needs repeated daily practice?
7:16 "$25 when I bought the label in-store @ USPS" I am having to return mine because it gives me headache and brain fog, so of course now I'm dealing with the Slovenia situation. Could you help answer some questions, Shervin? What did you write on the customs declaration? And when you say $25 in-store at USPS, do you mean at a city post office, or do you have USPS stores in your part of Colorado? Thank you for your help; I appreciate that you've taken one for the team and learned how to navigate this.
sorry for delay. I put return item back to company. We have USPS stores in Colorado so it was cheaper to have the USPS person print a label at the store
I have tested it with mendi scanner and can confirm it does really really help. Result in mendi were like around 30% so I would say never buy a scanner like mendi or especially not muse but a device like neorhytm
@@ShervinShares thanks for checking in. I may not have been ready for this purchase. I had unrealistic expectations I would feel something more tangible. This product may be better for someone that meditates and maybe it could help them. The relaxation and sleep modes suggest the device is on the back of the head and as a back or side sleeper I can’t get comfortable. They suggest it works from under a pillow but that seems unlikely since the power of the field is weak using the primitive tests I can do.
I got it today. I have attention problems ( diagnosed with ADHD ) and also sleep problems. If it does work, I should see more improvements than someone who is not as low on the "spectrum" as I am ( I read someone saying it helped with their insomnia )
As un update: It’s hard for me to be consistent with it ( yeah, shocking, I know ) but I can say that it helps with sleep. You could argue that I made it like a ritual / self-hypnosis and when I use the Neorhythm my brain gets tricked into sleeping, but I am going to sleep significantly faster if I use it. The other features however, I failed to be consistent with them, so it’s really hard to tell.
The technology as is does work. But the large scale devices were you get significant changes do utilise magnetic fields with 2 or 3 Tesla. The home device here that you reviewed does only on 2 - 3 milli Tesla. That's 1000X less than what is used by medical professionals. So I do not wonder that for most people the effects are not noticeable or so suddle that they are not even sure it works or not. I think if that device came anywhere near the strength where it could do substantial changes in the brain it would require special medical licenses to own and operate and therefore be useless for home usage. So in my humble opinion this device is snake oil.
Very interesting! Are there any dangers or side effects to using a PEMF device of that strength? Potential unknown side effects we haven’t learned about?
As far as I know, radiation via Bluetooth or any radiation between a cell phone and a device on the body is not healthy. So how can I be sure it's healthy here? Does it make sense that it runs via Bluetooth?
@@ShervinShares i mean dont get be wrong i like the concept , but the magnetic frequency adaptation for user to understand and feel can be much as placebo , and this looks like one of the hype marketed product , seen real user reviews , it has no change of feeling .

Useful videos - watched both the parts on Neorythm. Also liked your presentation style.
Thank you! Appreciate you commenting, helps push my videos! What other products would you like to see?
I would love to know what the emf (electro magnetic frequency) output of that gadget is.

nope! i sadly returned it. the effort required to use compared to the effects that it gives me was not enough

@@tprincipato yes the effects are very minor. this is something for that person that needs to optimize for that last 1-2%
Every review of this product has affiliate links. Smells like snake oil.
Lol, that is the whole of RUclips especially due to the fact many try these devices because they were curious when looking through affiliate income.
i need that affiliate income, but still give honest review
So basically if you get decent sleep, this might make it a little more decent. If you have sleep issues, it won't help enough to notice.
yes
Great review, informative, simple. Keep it up!
thank you!
Thank you for sharing. You helped me decide not to buy it for sleep.
