Give a thumbs up if you have been to Yosemite, comment with your favorite hike for when we go back! 😃 Just a reminder this was filmed a year ago. We are sheltering in place in FL and are safe and healthy! Hope you are as well!
LOL- My first visit was the natural awe and wonder you see from the road. Unfortunately that was pretty much it. Spent vast majority of the time dealing with RV life and a sick baby. At the time my ex and I were new to RVing and had a excellent 73 Shasta and was about 16 yrs old at the time. The water pump went out and we found one in Stockton. After all that we had one full day left. The baby had been constipated for several days so we planned to take it easy. Found a great bench from which to enjoy the view and 5 minutes later all the apple juice and sauce mom had been giving her WORKED! Mom was wearing white pants at the time! It was at that point we decided to throw in the towel for that trip. Haven't been back sense. Retiring soon and plan to move to Europe for a year or so, then come back and RV until we decide otherwise. You folks did it right in starting after girls were a little older but before age starts affecting your activites.
Glad you're safe in Fla. Hope to see more videos from you. I'm in Lake Butler above Gainesville in FL. You're west coast videos make me home sick. Born and raised in So. Oregon. Next time stop at the trees of mystery on the 101 in California. It is worth the visit.
Omg...you guys got lucky! Our first trip to Yosemite was in October of 2020. Because of covid, we had to jump through hoops just to get INTO the park, and there was no shuttle running to Mariposa Grove! So we had to walk all the way in from the parking area...3.5 mi. each way, beginning at an altitude of 5220 ft. and going up to 6810 ft.!! And then back down to 5220 ft.! Might not have been bad when I was younger, but for an overweight 63 year old flat lander who lived his whole life just above sea level in Michigan, who had already hiked about 10 miles that day (although admittedly on fairly level trails)...well, let's just say by the time we were back to the truck I was beaten down! Would I do it again? Absolutely!!!
Love it! I miss your weekly videos. You actually show places visited and not just sitting and talking. One day we will be able to travel like this and visit all National Parks.
We’re not very good talkers😂 I hope it’s sooner then later that you get to travel! in the mean time hopefully you can find some version of it in the mean time😎 thanks for the support 🙏
I absolutely love your videos. The road videos and zooming in and out from Google Maps. I'm not glamping yet...waiting 2 years for retirement. My husband and I have 2 girls also, but they're grown now. I'm mapping from your videos as places we have to visit. I frowned at the Vegas point when you focus on Trumps Tower tho...😡😝 He does that to me. Happy trails...stay safe. ❤💙💕
2 years is going to fly by , and my guess is it might turn into less then that if you keep watching people’s RUclips videos🙈😃 hopefully we continue to give you ideas! Thanks for watching! Have an awesome night🙏😊
Your videos are outstanding. Im born and raised California so when you came down the Oregon coast and then the big trees then to Yosemite I got excited. Its my backyard and seeing it through your lens is such a treat. Darling family dynamic where you see the love in all you guys do. Keep up the great work!!!!
I haven’t catalogued every frame of every video of your channel, but pound for pound, I can’t think of any episode that had as much stunning scenery as that Yosemite segment. And that’s saying something when you consider the bar set by Alaska, Wyoming, Oregon, and Montana. I know you’re a Bryce Canyon man, Corey, but unless that upcoming footage from Utah has blow-torch blue and fire engine-red sunsets with talking unicorns, I don’t see how you can top the Glacier Point scenery. Ethereal. Seriously. What was ironic was the neck-snapping contrast between the God-crafted wonders of the Yosemite Valley and the man-made glitz of the Vegas strip in the following segment. There’s a spiritual lesson in there that practically writes itself. I bet Fitz is so proud of you.
Leo Cloutier I honestly don’t remember what we filmed in Bryce 🙈 there could have been unicorns😂 My buddy would be proud I think he was there listening to the beginning stages of our plan.... definitely some contrasting landscapes in this episode😳 we read some blogs about certain parts of Vegas being kid friendly ( it’s not not really) . I actually would love to drive through it right now all abandoned! That and bigger cities, I’m a sucker for post apocalyptic movies! NYC from I Am Legend was awesome!
@@FindingOurSomeday : Corey, you and I have a ton in common, but the love of big cities is not one of them. There's a reason why they film post-apocalyptic movies in cities and not around a beautiful mountain landscape or serene sea coast -- because an apocalypse SUCKS and so do the big cities they're filmed in. It's a perfect match. :-) By the way, I took your advice and waited to buy a drone when you said you thought DJI was coming out with new one this spring. Sure enough, they updated the Mavic Air. So I took the plunge last night. If you hadn't said anything when you did, I probably would have bought the Mavic Mini way back when, so score one for "Shaun of the Dead"! Thank you! Also, big milestone this week. I retire on Friday at 5:00pm. This "working for a living" thing has been going on since I was 15. The warden overlords have finally let me out of employment prison. Time to kick back and wander the mountains and seashores of America. Just not the cities. :-) Stay well, my friends!
Leo Cloutier sorry you had to read that response from me, I skipped all sorts of words ! I do not like cities! I just think it would be cool to drive through them abandoned. I avoid cities, they stress me out. Especially parking! So happy to hear about the retirement ! Maybe we will cross paths one day on the road! The new sensor on the Air 2 looks promising, and the price looks great too! I will most likely be buying it as well! The HDR modes are enticing. Like I said before I bought the mavic pro 2 and ended up returning it since I think I got a bad one, it left a bad taste in my mouth for how expensive it was so I didn’t Re buy it. My original mavic pro is showing its age now after thousands of miles . Time for something new😎
Your cinematography just keeps getting better and better. You’re editing is also fantastic. Great video looks like a beautiful place. Hope you guys are doing well!
cbglockman we are doing well thank you! I appreciate the feedback and encouragement! Yosemite was actually one of the number one places we wanted to visit before we left, it didn’t disappoint!
I figured it out! You guys have a huuuge production crew, right! Cue the deer, cue the waterfalls, cue the trees and while your at just cue all the freaking awesomeness! Oh, and at the end lets just slide into Vegas! Much better than a movie though! Another great adventure guys, thank you for bringing us along! Sorry for the loss of your friend, glad you will get to spend time with family soon, be well!
Restless Wheels RVing you caught us ! I’m going broke paying all these people😂 this comment put a big smile on my face , thank you ! Vegas to San Diego next😃
I grew up in California and Yosemite was one of the places we visited every year as a family. My father grew up in SF and hiked up to the top of half dome as a young man. He used to tell me stories of watching the Fire Fall from Glacier Point. We hiked up to the top of the Vernal and Nevada Falls several times with our children as toddlers in backpacks and then as teen agers and young adults. We love Yosemite. I’m glad that you were able to enjoy Yosemite. It is my FAVORITE place in the world. I miss seeing it every year. Every season is beautiful.
Julie H what an amazing place to grow up near ! That must have been something to see the fire falls ! We can’t wait to go back there and do more hikes, it’s incredibly peaceful there! Sounds like you have moved away and don’t get to go as often now... I’m sure you kids still remember and I hope our kids do as well. Thanks for sharing 🙏
The drive out Tioga Pass is full of reflection lakes and beautiful views. The lake at the end of the road is great to see and photograph if you eliminate the one ugly building from the picture. Hope you do go back someday when you have more time to spend there. There was a story of a park ranger coming on a couple flagging him down. He stopped to inquire what they needed. She said that they only had two hours and wanted to know how it was best spent. The ranger said that if he had only two hours to spend in Yosemite National Park, he would go over there on the banks of the Merced River and bawl his eyes out that he didn't have enough time to see the park. Glad you plan on going back some day and take more time to enjoy it!!! When you do, get out of the valley and see the rest of the park!!
W Carl Hepker we drove in on the Tioga , it was such a beautiful drive. I remember the lakes you’re referring to! That ranger was not very helpful 😂 we will definitely enjoy more of the park next time we are there!
I just love your videos!! The photographs are gorgeous!! That scene at Glacier point where you guys are looking at the meadow... literally made me weak in the knees. Oh my goodness!!! Safe travels and safe quarantine!!
Wow! Great video awsome photography and showing of the red woods. Hope you enjoy family time which is so important. Thanks for sharing! That figure looked like a rocket but my eyesite is a bit off lol
Glacier Point OHMYGOSH SERIOUSLY 😍 and picture with your girls there so awesome! These kind of videos make me so glad I can now watch on a TV instead of my little phone screen!
WOW ! Thanks Guys the scenery is insane . I appreciate you posting this vlog . I'm just in awe . I wish I was there in person . I've only been to two National Parks Mammoth Caves in Kentucky & Sequoia National Park in California . Y'all are so blessed being able to travel the US & take in all the beauty in our wonderful country . That's so great ya's still hold hands while your walking along . A lot more couples should be doing the same . God on Ya's ! Never stop for the rest of your lives . So sorry to hear that your friend recently passed away . Was your friend a fellow Veteran like us ? May your friend R.I.P.. Is your brother a fellow Veteran also? Las Vegas ( aka glitter gulch ) . WOW ! your truck has fantastic headlights . I wish the ones on my '07 van were at least half as bright as the ones on your beautiful truck I'd be a happy camper .
Yosemite it’s stunning! I hope you can be there someday in person! We haven’t done either of those national parks. We may be doing Mammoth in a couple weeks though! We are blessed to be able to see what we have seen and definitely don’t take it for granted. I love holding her hand , I feel proud every time😃 My friend was a vet as well, in the Navy. My brother is a Vet also from the Air Force. The headlights are pretty good, but I do have one gripe. The side illumination is terrible, when we take a turn at night it’s hard to see what you’re turning into. It’s bad enough I’ve toyed with the idea of replacing them. So hopefully that makes you feel better about yours 😂 thanks for taking the time to comment, sorry for the late response!
@@FindingOurSomeday Thank You for your reply . It's so nice to hear you say that your proud as you should be every time as you hold your lovely wife's hand . That's a bummer that the side illumination is terrible, when we take a turn at night it’s hard to see what you’re turning in to that It’s bad enough that you’ve toyed with the idea of replacing them. that makes me feel better about mine 😂 No problem about your late response . What was your brothers job in the Air Force ? Was he enlisted or an officer? What was your job in the Navy ? I was enlisted & an E - 4 last of the Buck Sargents now called Senior Airman when I was discharged in May ' 75. I was an Inventory Management Specialist . I worked in Base Supply or Squadron Supply Depending on the bases I was stationed at .
Love Yosemite, been there twice RV'ing. We're from Europe, so we had a tight window to get a spot. Best hike we did was Panorana Trail, starting on Glacier Point a the way to fhe valley. You could only walk tot Illouette Falls and back tot Glscier Point, prettiest partnof the hike.
This has got to be the best video by far that I love from you guys. God just amazes me with the beauty he has created for all of us to enjoy. I actually teared up just watching this. If in my lifetime I can only go one place this is it. #1 on my bucket list. Thank you.
Nomadic Lifestyle I’m so glad to read this! As I was trying to edit this video all I could think of was “ this video is going to stink” so I stopped working on it for a while. I’ll remember this comment next time I think something like that, thank you 🙏 😊
Thanks for the memories. As you said in the video, you have good memories from before. Your videos also bring back memories from when we traveled to some of these places. Thanks again.
I just found this video today and I loved it. The view at Yosemite was awesome. Sorry about your friend that passed away Corey. It’s nice to do this video in memory of him. Those tress are nice and beautiful but I love the trees better at Red Wood Forest. Love it there. Love the song that Woody Guthrie wrote about it. I saw that you came to Vegas. You met up with family and a friend that’s nice. I live in Henderson Nv not too far from Vegas. If I had I known you we maybe could have hooked up. But it’s ok because you were busy while here. Someday we might be able to hook up. It would be nice. You have a great weekend and stay safe and safe travels.
Wow! Awesome views... we visited Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, Yosemite and Sequoia national park last year September... I loved every bit of it... I will go back too taking it a lot slower... Hi! From Auckland NZ... e)
Finding Our Someday Well if you do ever come this way I would love to show you around my area or suggest places to visit... keep up the with the great pictures and videos... e)
@@FindingOurSomeday We will be anxiously waiting. We move into the RV full-time this month. We will be stationery for about a year with short trips in between. Lou
Thank you for the wonderful journey. You folks are awesome! Best wishes and safe journeys to all of you and enjoy FL as best as possible during these challenging times.
Nice vid!! I was concerned about fire markings when I visited sequoia national park last year. But Giant Sequoias need fire to grow. Park rangers purposely burn the bases. It has something to do with cracking open the seed cones. There is a cool exhibit about it at sequoia national park visitor center.
Always GREAT to see you guys!! I was in Yosemite years ago, absolutely astonishing!! Great times for the girls, they'll look back in time and want to go again as they mature... Love you guys!!
I do hope they go back when they get older! I also hope it stays the same there! I’m wondering if the glaciers will still be around for their kids to enjoy... thanks for watching, these comments are great to read🙏
I Always enjoy your videos. Your way of travel jives with my ways of enjoying the outdoors. Mornings are magical times. Your enthusiasm is real. Thank you. I know it takes an enormous amnt of hard work and time to make such great quality vlogs. Thank you.
Oh man I love this! We went there back in the fall of 2018 and it was amazing. We haven't been yet since we started traveling full time, but hope to go back soon!
It was mid October, it’s more dry so the waterfalls are not flowing that much. Enjoying it without as many people is better in our opinion though, sounds like you feel the same way 😃
Another great video. Can't wait to get out there myself. I was supposed to go to Vegas May 5 and while there I was going to Zion national Park. Can't wait for this pandemic to be over with so we all can get back out there. The end of your video brought a tear to my eye. Sorry about your buddy Corey.
I appreciate you saying that, we miss him very much still. I’m sorry to hear about your canceled trip have you been to either of those places yet? I’m hoping we’re nearing the end of this mess!
@@FindingOurSomeday No I have not been to Zion or Yosemite. I have been to Vegas 5 times and in 2016 rented a car and went to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Being from Wisconsin is a Long drive Out west from here. I am now thinking of making plans for 2021 to make the drive out west. Thinking of taking 3 to 4 weeks vacation time and doing the whole southwest area. That's if our economy can make it back from this mess we are in. Keep posting videos I enjoy them very much and you have a beautiful family. Hope you and your family stay safe and healthy.
Michael P Arizona coming! Although we didn’t do to much, we messed with an RV repair and hung out with friends😃 stop all plans until you see some big trees!
Thanks for sharing. Yosemite is beautiful. Been there 2 times and and could not get in because of fires and this time starting reservation when we got there and none available. Won't make it back from the South, to far for 2 old people. Enjoying your video's
ALL OF THAT IN 24 HOURS !!! That's how to make the best of the time you have... glad to see some more of those Google transitions made it into this episode too, they are definitely cool.
Stephen Meyer we were definitely motivated to see some stuff since we knew our time was short. Next time we go we will relax a little bit more. That 24hrs also includes what we did in last episode there 😃 Vegas is 3D also so I might be able to do some good earth from there as well!
It would be awesome to meet you all one day camping. If you all know when coming back our family love to camp along. Could suggest staying in Mammoth, you can see so much there and drive to Yosemite for day. We spend all summer in mammoth. Happy trails.
We spent 2 days and a half at Yosemite and loved it. Didn’t get to do Mariposa because we wanted to hike all around Yosemite and we’re planning on going to Sequoia National Park later. Sadly the El Cap hike was closed tho.
Another beautiful video. Tennessee State Parks opened, without campgrounds opening, Friday. Campgrounds should open soon. Did your rv come with led lightbulbs? If not did you change to led? Did they seem brighter?
That’s a step in the right direction 💪 hopefully all state and national parks will open soon! Our RV came with All LEDS except the Microwave, so we changed those 2 bulbs to LED. The are typically brighter yes, and definitely more bright compared to the energy used. The savings is Huge when on battery power , and a much safer bet compared to halogen/incandescent since they produce a fraction of the heat. Check your bulbs there are probably only a few different types of bulbs buy them in bulk on Amazon you will save a lot of money! Thanks for watching🙏
He was a good friend. A neighbor that basically lived at our house, he spent holidays with us as family. One of the first to hold each of my girls after they were born... thank you 🙏 😊 the view blew us away!
Cory, another great video. We haven’t made it to the west coast yet. Got a question about your bike rack. Are you worry about the weight of four bikes?
Thank you! Whenever you are able, make your way to the west cost(I know easier said then done) being from the east coast and even around the world being in the Navy, the west coast was a whole new world. It’s worth the effort and budget! You probably didn’t actually need any convincing 😂 to answer your question, yes I did worry about the bikes. They caused a lot of anxiety and a little bit of damage. With them being all the way in the back the had so much movement and bounce, the weight of them basically tripled when you hit a bump. They made the rig longer, we worried about them falling off and hitting a car, worried about theft, it made it hard to access our big storage in the back, and took away weight that we could have have used for other things. Since this video we have gotten rid of the bikes, I remember the first trip without them worrying about them at first then realizing they weren’t there. It was one of the most stress free drives. Between the bikes and the rack it was 165 lbs. we miss them sometimes but the stress and work to have them far outweighs the want for them. With that being said , that’s just us, it may be worth the effort if biking is a passion and you will plan trips around biking. There are people that mount them on racks on their trucks(I didn’t want to drive around with them all the time). There mounts that go above the propane tanks in front of a travel trailer(those seem like a good option too) . Sorry that was long and I probably skipped words🙈 we are currently on the lookout for at least a couple folding Ebikes that will fit in storage.
You guys are causing me some problems! From watching the news, Utube, etc. you start to think the United States is full of people with guns shooting each other. In the last few days you have shown me lots of beautiful places and total enjoyment! Thank you once again for another wonderful video. Have a good day.
@@FindingOurSomeday the media leave a lot to be desired these days. They don’t portray the United States very well at all. The idea of travelling around with your family is very appealing. The experiences that you are giving your two girls are invaluable. I could go on and on….however, have a good day.
When we're you actually there? Guessing fall based on the trees and your attire. You always seem to be places the crowds aren't so I want to plan a similar time!! 😉
Finding Our Someday I was actually there at the same time riding motorcycles with some buddies. I went back the next year with my brother and our three boys. It is an amazing place to visit.
For your next trip to Yosemite, try to make it late spring (May), the waterfalls will be peaking and the crowds won’t be too bad. The hike to the top of Yosemite Falls is great, although very strenuous. Likewise the hike up the Mist Trail to the top of Nevada Falls is really nice. In a good snow year it might be more correctly called the firehose trail 😁. Summer is NOT the time to visit, you will have a miserable experience, due to crowds, lack of parking and heat.
Unbelieveably gorgeous. Unfortunately way too commercialized. Soooo many people. Probably my favorite park, well maybe sequoia is. HOW did you get a campsite? Oh! Off season. Deer are nice. Have encountered bears right next to several campsites. Yes, had to go do the laundry immediately. Petrified. (Mine was tent camping). Try CLIMBING Half Dome. (Not me). I have a picture of my car parked on top of a laying down sequoia. Way cool. And also driving thru a tree trunk of a standing up tree.
I was surprised how many people were still there in the middle of October! The campsites were packed , we got on a list of daily cancellations and were number 20 something! This is good to hear about Sequoia being your favorite we haven’t been yet and I’m really looking forward to it! We’re trying to hit it in may along with Yosemite again, I hope the weather is somewhat warm and it isn’t too crowded then.

Weak knees are probably a common occurrence there 😳 safe quarantine to you as well. “Never thought I’d say that...”
Wow! Great video awsome photography and showing of the red woods. Hope you enjoy family time which is so important. Thanks for sharing! That figure looked like a rocket but my eyesite is a bit off lol
Adventure Bandits so glad you enjoyed it😃 We enjoy definitely enjoy our time together and do not take it for granted!
I just love you guys!! Great video as always. I don't understand why your subscribers have not sky rocketed.
I think we missed the wave 🤷♂️ plus our videos are Boring😂 honestly though I appreciate the confidence you have for us, it’s encouraging, thank you 🙏
Glacier Point OHMYGOSH SERIOUSLY 😍 and picture with your girls there so awesome! These kind of videos make me so glad I can now watch on a TV instead of my little phone screen!
klbarton81 we prefer to watch RUclips on a TV as well! Even this doesn’t do Glacier point justice!
Your videos our incredible the way you edit and capture the true beauty, your daughters will remember these trips for the rest of their life’s.👊👍😎
I hope they do! I appreciate the compliment! Thanks for taking the time to comment🙏👊
Sorry to hear of your loss. Great video! Beautiful landscape in Yosemite. You MUST do the short hike to the top of Sentinel Dome!
Yosemite looked very beautiful! The sequoias looked interesting as well! Thanks again for sharing and anxiously awaiting your next episode! :)
ShoHashi thanks for sticking with us ! More coming🙏
Your films exhibit some of the best videography on youtube, love them all and glad your safe! Thanks for sharing
We are and I hope you are as well! That’s a pretty amazing compliment. Thank you 🙏👊
Went to Yosemite years ago. SO beautiful there. Need to get back there again soon. Stay safe!!
I’m so glad you have experienced it at least once! That’s a place you can never get enough of I think!
I’ll remember this comment next time I think something like that, thank you 🙏 😊
@@FindingOurSomeday I found it amazing.
Wow an amazing place ❤️😊👍🎶🎥🌎 it’s on my bucket list near the top 😎🚌 thanks for sharing and be safe
Tom Austin yes ! Get Yosemite to #1 😎 thanks for watching 🙏😊
Nice timing on the video, i was running out of stuff to binge watch on netflix. So cathartic watching your beautiful videos!
That’s the best word I’ve read all day, thank you😎
Thanks for the memories.
Great video of your family ❤️!!
Amy Pletcher thank you 🙏 have a great day !
Wow! Awesome views... we visited Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, Yosemite and Sequoia national park last year September... I loved every bit of it... I will go back too taking it a lot slower... Hi! From Auckland NZ... e)
That sounds like and amazing trip! Slow is nice , but sometimes you have to do what you have to do😃 NZ is on our list for someday!
Finding Our Someday Well if you do ever come this way I would love to show you around my area or suggest places to visit... keep up the with the great pictures and videos... e)
Wonderful reminder that no one is promised tomorrow. Do it while you can.
You are making memories with your kids that will last a lifetime👍
We hope so! Thanks for the encouragement!
The view are out of this world. I think there should a Finding Our Someday calendar of epic views.
Lou
Eat Sleep RV Repeat we will have to make a highlight reel soon😃 are you guys launching this year?
@@FindingOurSomeday We will be anxiously waiting.
We move into the RV full-time this month. We will be stationery for about a year with short trips in between.
Lou
Thank you for the wonderful journey. You folks are awesome! Best wishes and safe journeys to all of you and enjoy FL as best as possible during these challenging times.
We’re in a good spot, actually exactly where we planned on being right now. Hopefully this relaxes in the next few weeks though ! Thanks for watching!
So sorry to hear of your loss of Matt. May he RIP...
Stay safe guys, Bill in Utah
BillUtah thank you Bill🙏
Nice vid!! I was concerned about fire markings when I visited sequoia national park last year. But Giant Sequoias need fire to grow. Park rangers purposely burn the bases. It has something to do with cracking open the seed cones. There is a cool exhibit about it at sequoia national park visitor center.
The Bourbonette we still haven’t been to sequoia or kings canyon national park! Hopefully we can this year! Thanks for watching!
Two Plus Three that’s actually when we were there! October 15 th and 16th . We can’t wait to go back!
Absolutely beautiful! Can you tell me when you were there? I could tell it was sometime in the fall. It looked like a great time to go, no crowds!!
It was mid October, it’s more dry so the waterfalls are not flowing that much. Enjoying it without as many people is better in our opinion though, sounds like you feel the same way 😃
Great video, thanks for sharing and as always safe travels, stay safe and god bless love ya Nancy
Thank you Nacy ! Have a great day!
Once again, well done. I just told my wife and family that I want to get to CA to see those big trees. Waiting for that AZ video. :)
Our Last trip to CA, we made to Lassen Volcanic National Park. We then grabbed I- 80 and headed home. Yosemite is on the list for the next trip.
We haven’t done Lassen yet. Did you enjoy it?
ALL OF THAT IN 24 HOURS !!! That's how to make the best of the time you have... glad to see some more of those Google transitions made it into this episode too, they are definitely cool.
Stephen Meyer we were definitely motivated to see some stuff since we knew our time was short. Next time we go we will relax a little bit more. That 24hrs also includes what we did in last episode there 😃 Vegas is 3D also so I might be able to do some good earth from there as well!
Awesome photography
Yosemite makes photography easy😃 thank you, have a great rest of the day!
It would be awesome to meet you all one day camping. If you all know when coming back our family love to camp along. Could suggest staying in Mammoth, you can see so much there and drive to Yosemite for day. We spend all summer in mammoth. Happy trails.
Glacier Point is probably the most spectacular place I’ve ever been! I tell everyone who is going to Yosemite not to miss it.
Heaven on earth. Our favorite place in the world. Try it in early spring. Yosemite falls is thunder. Many ephemeral falls in the valley as well.
It really is! We want experience it every time of the year, spring would be amazing! We want to hear the thunder 🌩💥! Thanks for watching!
We spent 2 days and a half at Yosemite and loved it. Didn’t get to do Mariposa because we wanted to hike all around Yosemite and we’re planning on going to Sequoia National Park later. Sadly the El Cap hike was closed tho.
I Love your videos. Great content and information!! Keep it up and be safe.
Great video and footage guys, I have to agree - Redwoods rock!! Any plans on your next destinations after the lock-down's lifted?
Another great destination video .
It’s been nice going through this footage, since we’re sorta stuck hear in Florida. Thanks for watching guys !
Sorry about your buddy Corey, another outstanding video and I couldn't believe the view of the field below 😮
He was a good friend. A neighbor that basically lived at our house, he spent holidays with us as family. One of the first to hold each of my girls after they were born... thank you 🙏 😊 the view blew us away!
@@FindingOurSomeday I am sorry for your loss. I was bummed at the end of the video. Good work as always Corey.
Joe Galvin sorry didn’t mean to bum you out! Thanks for commenting 🙏
Don’t watch the news, it’s all drama. The media fabricates and pushes fear, it’s gross. Glad we can change your mind a little😃
@@FindingOurSomeday the media leave a lot to be desired these days.
Tracy F. You got it, this is mid October. Theres still people there but it’s not insane.
Oop, spider webs at the pizza place in Vegas, guessing you were there around Halloween 😋
Finding Our Someday I was actually there at the same time riding motorcycles with some buddies. I went back the next year with my brother and our three boys. It is an amazing place to visit.
Milk Man I bet that’s an amazing area to ride around on a bike 😎
For your next trip to Yosemite, try to make it late spring (May), the waterfalls will be peaking and the crowds won’t be too bad. The hike to the top of Yosemite Falls is great, although very strenuous. Likewise the hike up the Mist Trail to the top of Nevada Falls is really nice. In a good snow year it might be more correctly called the firehose trail 😁. Summer is NOT the time to visit, you will have a miserable experience, due to crowds, lack of parking and heat.
I got a GoPro hero 8 to start capturing my summer fun. Hopefully I will be able to get out with my immune system. At least on the lake I can.
The 8 is so much better then the 5 we used in this video, it’s sooo stable! I think this will blow over soon ! Sebago will protect you 😎
Awsome
Lora Murray stoked you think so!
What month were you there. It's beautiful!
This was mid October
Up till yesterday i thought you had 3 girls. Then i realized HENSLEY was the third. I just re-found you.
What month did you visit Glacier Point?
This was mid October
It was like y'all had the place to yourself!! We love to travel in the off seasons to avoid crazy crowds!
Is Yosemite open already?
I don’t think so.
❤️❤️‼️
Glad you enjoyed it 🙏😃
I cannot imagine what you all have seen. Can only hope to see half as much, on the bike.
You will😎 you will see more then us, you fit in a lot more places 😂 thanks for your support🙏😊
I thought Yosemite open!!!
m a I think it’s still closed
Remember when traveling was legal? Those were the days. 🎵
The world changed fast, hopefully it will change back the same way...
