Obviously it’s a personal test and my Ranger have a 17 inch wheels But in that conditions I have a valid 7.9s to 100kph and 9.91s on the 1/8! Tks Always a great video

In the 0 to 100 tests it sounds almost like it is hiccupping or slipping between gear changes after getting up to speed a little. The old German V6 engine and gearbox would do so much better. I don't understand why VW needed Ford for the Amarok when the previous one was so good. There was never a time when an American could make a car better than the Germans so what the hell VW.

[As per Internet] - I have a VW car with DSG and will now not drive any other auto box - the DSG is so smooth and quiet and performs superbly and best is it is nearly always in the correct gear.
It's not that bad, I think the aventura can do better in terms of speed since its more road focused compared to the pan americana.. The old Highline extreme with 190kw and 580 NM will smoke both the aventura and panamericana, there's just something that the vw has done with the previous vw amarok v6 specifically Highline extreme model. Yet I don't think it's a bad collab between ford and amarok, but honestly speaking the old v6 just does the work done 😂😂

Your vag 3.0tdi has timing chain issues but this one is not only less powerful, but man is it going to bite you 😂 Me…I drive a x350 and got it over the Amarok purely on look…prefered the vw handling of no. Now….not sure what to get but def won’t be near this new (old) engine that’s for sure
One dealership in South Africa has already changed 3 Amarok engines after they blew. All under 40 000km. Luckily for the owners the cars are still new and under warranty. Unreliable ford junk.

Esa Amarok es el equivalente a Ford en Argentina y tiene 250 cv, aún así la Amarok argentina tiene 258 cv, la aceleración es notablemente superior, ese motor no es VW, es Ford y es una babosa, su mejor bondad no es precisamente la potencia, más bien su tecnología
