Fun fact, the actor who played higgy used the chewing gum that you always see him chewing to help him not crack up laughing, if you watch the footy fight scene when flip is describing what he should be doing with Gemma higgy nearly loses it completely.
I think we all knew a Flip whilst growing up. I remember a guy like that in the A.T.C. (Air Training Corps) when I was 14. He was my regimental Sgt. 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Higgy looks so incredibly English. Like, moreso than any of the others, and they all look unmistakeably English. Dunno why, just something about his face at first sight. Perfect casting.
Because they use normal looking people for this programme, most American stuff uses models that look nothing like ordinary people. The cast of Friends are definitely better looking than my own.

Great selection of bikes there. I had a Ts50x with a 66cc autisa kit on it. Did 55 mph. Great days. I rode it down to weston super mud and back with a mate on his MTX 50 which was also modded .. 82 miles all told. My other mates would not attempt it cos they were slower bikes and were convinced 50s would not get that far without seizing.
Sadly no. Last bike I owned was a TZR in 1990. Last bike I rode was a very rare A plate RD350LC last year. I was helping a friend who was left it by her brother who emigrated some years ago. It was in her dad's garage under a tarp not started for at least 10 years. I changed the oil plug and battery. and it fired up on the 4th attempt. It came up well with a good wash and polish., had to recover the seat and change the piston rings was all. Its a really nice tidy bike considering its age and I took it for a long ride after I got it motd. Made me realise what I missed out on so much having chosen cars. I wanted an RD since School but it took 34 years for me to actually ride one.
