I have heard: "Wait 30 minutes after eating before brushing your teeth, since doing so can compromise enamel health." *My Question(s):* 1) Does the 30 minute suggested "wait" also apply to flossing? I understand that getting any apparent food particles out of the teeth immediately is ideal, but as far as a complete & thorough flossing is concerned, should flossing be deferred for 30 minutes as well? It seems that deferring a complete & thorough flossing should also be a rule since flossing (when using ideal technique) can actually be more effective at cleaning teeth than brushing, especially beneath the gumline and thus, could have a more damaging effect on the enamel. Your thoughts? Thank you for the video and thank you in advance for answering my question(s).
