    *how long do this kind of earrings last? will it get damaged after using for months? what are some care tips to make it last long?*

      1. should not be wiped with alcohol or any other solvent, it may damage the glossy surface.Keep away from detergents, air fresheners, etc. Use dry flannel, denim jeans, felt or other soft cloth to clean and wipe products
      2. Put on jewelry after applying decorative cosmetics, perfumes, deodorants.
      3.Do not expose the glossy surface to acetone. It is better to wash off nail polish without rings, since acetone is a volatile substance, and it is not so far from a nail to a ring with a leaf.
      4.Regarding plants: Plants are very slow but fade. Burn out much slower than herbarium in room conditions. Therefore, it is better to store jewelry in the dar
      5.The hard surface that forms after the epoxy cures does not break like glass, but it does scratch !! Avoid dropping jewelry (especially on the tarmac)
      if you follow these rules and take care of the jewelry, then it will last for many years.

    Interested tutorial. It was usefull. But .. and there is a but.. lol. Please dont teach people when not ysung the PPE gear. Your workingbwirh resin. You must wearr gloves. Or at the very least put text up saying to wear gloves. Your teaching newbies that its ok not to wear them. #1 rule when working with resin ALWAYS wear gloves.
    Otherwise its a good & easy to understand tutorial 😁

    Have you ever tried placing the earring back onto the second layer of resin before it dries? Seems that would make it stick very well, good video!

    I have a question I saw you put the stud for the earring last. But how did you get it in? I am attempting to make shell earrings in Hawaii but cannot find a video how to put the stud except glueing it. I bought the insert type like you used.

    • @oksanapolyakova8284
      @oksanapolyakova8284  3 года назад +2

      they can be glued with resin or most quickly with glue. You can also cover the top with another layer of resin to hide the base of the carnation.
