    • @LittleWindowsResin
      @LittleWindowsResin  3 года назад

      I'm not sure this will work well as the heat may curl them up. It's also harder to get a bond with UV resin to plastics.

    • @NightOwlGramma
      @NightOwlGramma 3 года назад

      I use UV for this. Just use very thin layers (I use a paint brush) and hold the light several inches above it for the first couple of cures on both sides so it doesn't shrink, heat up, etc..

    If it helps.. in terms of the glitter washi tape and the extra bubbles... I spray my object or glitter washi tape with alcohol first and then submitted them in my resin... Or if that's not possible I put a thin layer of resin over or on the object before submerging it into the resin... Both techniques help prevent bubbles

      Hi SuperPinkSox, thanks for your feedback! Any time I've tried doming washi tape with UV resin it has curled or warped, what is your secret? fran@little-windows.com

      @@LittleWindowsResin I brush a super thin coat on first, working in small sections, and quick cure it then dome, if that helps

    Thanks this is brilliant, I never thought of using the clear film, I used white polymer clay, but then they weren’t as transparent. Must get a silicone mat though!
