I just happened upon this video. I have been "jewelry making", most of my life. I LOVE now watching "tutorial" videos. It makes, making BEAUTIFUL treasures, so much easier. ❤
After everything I have seen before this about having to seal the paper before the resin, I am amazed that this washi tape doesn't need it. Such beautiful and amazingly simple jewelry you have shown us! i am loving it! Thank you for doing this for us! 💖
I have a ton of washi tape and stickers that are just sitting in my craft hoard, and I've had no idea what to do with it. Now I'm ready to make all kinds of pretty things! Thank you!
Hello @DebbiePike77! Thanks for your feedback. These projects don't work so well with UV resin, it behaves differently than the Brilliant Resin epoxy I use, so be sure to experiment a bit if you choose a different product. Let me know how yours turn out :) fran@little-windows.com
Hello from Portugal. I just discovered you in RUclips and I am so glad for it!! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and beautiful technique and art with us all!! 😊🇵🇹
I just bought that same set of 2 black on beige Washi tapes with gold accents at Hobby Lobby. I remembered watching this video over a year ago and came right back for some instructions and inspiration. I’d love to see more videos with Washi tape or scrapbook paper please.

I'm not sure this will work well as the heat may curl them up. It's also harder to get a bond with UV resin to plastics. Thanks so much for the feedback :) - Fran
I use UV for this. Just use very thin layers (I use a paint brush) and hold the light several inches above it for the first couple of cures on both sides so it doesn't shrink, heat up, etc..

If it helps.. in terms of the glitter washi tape and the extra bubbles... I spray my object or glitter washi tape with alcohol first and then submitted them in my resin... Or if that's not possible I put a thin layer of resin over or on the object before submerging it into the resin... Both techniques help prevent bubbles
