- Rye Harbour Nature Reserve, located on the East Sussex coast, is a haven for migratory birds in spring. Join me as I explore this remarkable wetland and witness the arrival of various bird species, including waders, waterfowl, and songbirds. Avocets, redshanks and Terns as they return from their winter grounds.

Excellent video, very enjoyable. I like that you keep them short and sweet, yet filled with all sorts of information and great footage and pics. Look forward to the next.

Such a beautiful place to go birding! New subscriber here ✨
Thanks for visiting! It's great & a nice area too
Really interesting. I find it incredible that birds do these long migrations. I currently live in NZ and the Bar-tailed Godwits are the big migrators - leaving here in March to head north and returning in Spring.
Incredible isn’t it- such small little things go that far !
Excellent, thinking of going there, would they still be there in a fortnight?
They’ll be there for a couple of months! It’s getting exciting now as they’ll be very active and nesting!
