Hi Chris, I really like that: would make a beautiful scarf? I couldn’t paint a leaf since I can’t draw but I wonder if one could make leaves using chain or string pulls? I hope you’re well and enjoying all you’re doing, 😃
Oh good I need a refresher course on your beautiful silicone cell art. I've got some ideas that I need some experimenting to do. I somehow need to paint the markings of a dapple grey horse. I was going to try your style of negative painting for this horse. I'm not sure on how to do that but I'm going to give it a go anyway 😊. Have you ever painted a black jaguar. Their spots are subtle but beautiful. I would love to see how you paint one of those. For some reason I love black animals, but how do you paint in black and not come out with a cartoon character... that's my question 😋 and my suggestion 😁. I have 2 black Friesians that have not a speck of white or silver in them... or brown for that matter. So how do you creation highlights? Any suggestions or knowledge is most welcome 😊. I have confidence that you will paint a perfect subject on this piece... you always do!🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞
Thank you, Tera...I have painted a black jaguar...until then I didn't realize they were spotted! As far as painting black hair/fur, I always add just a touch of a color to the black for richness, because black alone is so flat. I often use various shades of blues as highlights...works really well. You need at least three values to give form.
The background will be awesome for anything you paint on it!
I hope so! Thanks for watching, Jane!
I can't wait to see what you'll end up painting on this base. 💛 Thanks Chris!! Enjoy your weekend. 😊💖
Thank you! You too! 😘
Cool, I like that the gray is surrounded by the green, like a nest! Can't wait to see what's next...
One of my ideas is to paint a bird's nest...
I actually like the color combination. It's unusual, but very joyful. Have a great weekend Chris!
Thank you! Cheers!
Love the background can’t wait to see what you do and thank you for my painting it’s so cute 🥰
You’re welcome, Gerri! 😊 Glad you like it.
I love the color combo....cant wait to see what you embellish 💕
Thanks so much, Lori! Time will tell!
This really makes a great background.😀 Can't wait to see what you will paint on it😆
Thanks so much 😊
That's an interesting color combo Chris. Can't wait to see what you do to it.
You and me both! LOL. Thanks, DLeigh. 😘
I don't know what you have in your mind, but it's beautiful. I love it ❤
Thank you, Ilona! 😊
How about a giant bumblebee? 🐝 lol
Anything you do is great! 😊
That would have been fun!! Just now seeing this...too late!

Thanks, Caroline! Sure, one could make leaves with a chain pull...just takes practice to get the look you want! 😘

You probably don’t want to paint a cheetah 🐆 or leopard 🐆 on it! 😂 All joking aside, I love those cells and colors. ❤
You wouldn't believe what this pour canvas has gone through.. will share on a future video. 😘
