I started weight training a month ago and I’m feeling more hungry everyday…and idk if I’m underrating or eating enough or overeating…Coukd u make a vid on how much to eat to gain muscle ?:)) love ur vids!
If you start weight training and continue eating the same as you did pre-weight lifting, you’re going to be hungrier because you’re expending more energy. If your goal is to build muscle, you should be eating at least slightly above your maintenance calories.
I have the same problem. I should’ve counted my calories before I started training so that I could gauge where I should be, but I didn’t, and now idk if I’m eating what I need. I increased the caloric amount a bit but I have no idea if it was enough or not.
@@BubblyViolin11 you can just start tracking. If you are gaining and want to lose weight then you can start decreasing calories from where you started. If you don’t gain or lose, that is your maintenance. If you are losing then that is your calorie deficit. If you want to gain, decrease from your deficit. Try your macros out for 2 weeks and see what your body does.
