Truly great body weight workouts, thank you for shining your light so bright! 🎉 also feel like sharing that I’ve missed having a wrist stretch at warm up as there’s lots of push ups and arm strength exercises involved, and the wrists can develop so many problems if not warmed up beforehand… ❤

    I’m currently calorie counting does anyone know how much this burns as I throughly enjoyed it and when I went to put it in on my tracker I realised I don’t know what to put in the calorie section 😭
