This was my first workout with you. I had "arm day" on vacation, so went hunting on YT and found you. This was great! I was pleasantly surprised about the mind-muscle connection I could make wtih those plank rows and the bent over flys. Would never have thought that. And the variety of push-ups kept it interesting while really burning out the chest. Just a great overall workout, and really appreciated your cueing. I'll be back for more! Thank you!

I do generally prefer weights, but this was a great one during some recent travel when I couldn't get access to a gym. Much more emphasis on the back than I find other bodyweight programs offer. Will definitely come back to this routine!

this workout helped me transform my body! In the past 6 months Ive used this among others but this was the most efficient upper body no equipment workout on youtube, leaving no part of the upper body! As someone who struggled to go to the gym this has now given me the confidence to take it to the next level! But the results from this alone were crazy! ofcurse good nutrition and daily steps of 15k to 20k were key as well! thanku lots alex! ure like my personal trainor haha
Ok so I just got done with this workout and it was brilliant!!!😃 EPIC! I did my leg with weights first then this.. no regrets!! I only had to put my pride aside at the last few seconds on the wide push-up in round 3! 💪🏼 had I know only 5 more sec I would have liked myself lol! Thank you for this workout!!! U ROCK! HUGS
Special congrats for the back workout! Other fitness RUclipsrs keep saying that you cannot effectively train your back without weights - but you proved them wrong once and for all!

When I had a quick look I thought it was such a difficult and long workout. However, my mind changed because you have had a reasonable one. From warming up to hard work out and medium ones and finishing with stretching. Thank you Alex you made my day.

Yes, it’s not for beginners, especially the last set. Tap shoulder and push up?! My arm just won’t listen to me anymore during that last set. But a good exercise definitely! I am in full sweat now!
