    I just started to follow your shoulder workout last week and it was good and now I started to follow this leg workout and I gave up on the 2nd set for my first try. I don't feel my legs anymore, anyways great workout I feel the burns in my legs and continue this workout every week and can't wait for my progress!

    Do you have a 1 body dumbbell version of leg day? If not, can I do this workout with only one dumbbell?
