- Three Explosive Ordinance Disposal units from across the United States train in rappelling and fast rope use during the National Guard PATRIOT 2014 exercise at Volk Field, Wis. The units represented in the footage are: 115th EOD out of Madison, Wis., the 104th EOD out of Westfield, Mass. and the 155th EOD out of Lincoln Neb. Matster Sgt. ground belaying with slack like here is useless (tower is not enought high to allow you to run), the only efficient ground belaying is under the guy, hands higher possible

This is so amateurish. Only the Army does this high school stuff. Marines do it differently.
And like a Marine, you can’t read. It’s the Air Force!
