Instant Pot Chocolate Lava Cake
Ingredients
1 Stick of Butter
3 Eggs + 1 Egg Yolk
1 Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Tbs Vanilla
6 Tbs Flour
Instructions
-in a large bowl place butter and chocolate chips.
-place in microwave for 2 min
-mix well until combined
-mix in powdered sugar
-mix in eggs
-mix in vanilla and flour
-spray 6oz dishes with non-Stick spray
-fill dishes evenly (will be mostly full)
-place trivet and water in Instant Pot
-arrange bowls (3 on bottom, 1 on top)
-manual high pressure for 8-9 min
-quick pressure release
-remove dishes from instant pot
-place on plate upside down
-top with vanilla ice cream and enjoy

According to Google...
1 stick or 1/2 cup butter is equal to 4 ounces, or 113 grams
