    That was...exhilarating. Even though many of the moves -are still a bit beyond me - I'm notoriously bad at splits - I enjoyed working towards them and now feel absolutely great. Thank you! J

    Your stretching and mobility sessions are amazing.
    By following you during training I can achieve incredible openings of the hips and legs.
    I've improved a lot in the splits, thanks to you.
    Now I have to work a little on my "frog pose". I will do this by repeating this workout several times.
