The easiest way to do is to lay on your back and push up your body on all fours that is your two hands and both feet try to maintain the arch in your back ad you push up

Consistency and frog pose! I have a few 10-20 minute flows for middles. I’d do that 3x a week plus frog pose frequently. :)
