Music is awesome for deaf people - it’s all vibrations!! If you hold you coffee in the car with the music on, you can feel it music in the cup. Balloons are popular at Deaf events too, you can feel the music through them easily.

Deaf people can feel vibrations still. All music is sound, all sound is vibrations. They can feel the music. Also, like the headmaster said, there are accommodations they use to make it easier for the deaf people to enjoy the music.
