  • We had a Shed to House conversion for a School room on our Homestead. We had it build by Derksen SuperShed. Watch how they built it! It is a 14x20 Utility Extra Height. 36x80" 9 light steel walk-in door. 3x3 thermal pane windows. Closed Cell spray foam insulation under the floor. House wrap vapor barrier. Tar paper on roof. Dark grey roof, trim and wainscoting, with light grey sides.

      P.S., since there are 52 weeks in a year, does that mean there will be 52 episodes of "One Year"?

    Great video. We enjoyed watching during family video time. The factory tour is a neat look inside.

    That was really cool to see. That place looks incredibly well organized. Plus, with the experience they have of putting so many together, that went up so fast. Can't wait to see what you do with it.👍

      Hey thanks! It sure does seem like a long slow road. I really would like to do a few collab videos with some bigger channels. I think that would help. 😉

    Thank you for the video it was quite helpful. However, I am quite concerned about the factory safety practices. No gloves, safety glasses or regular sweeping of the floor. Cutting metal siding with no gloves? Using pneumatic power tools with no safety glasses? Very unsafe.

    That must be over 11 feet tall not to mention 14 wide how did the delivery process go being over hight usually a wide load over here is no more than 12 wide or 11 high building

    Is that black layer on top of the plywood of the roof a vapor barrier?

    • @FarmAlarm
      @FarmAlarm  4 года назад

      That is Tar Paper. It gathers the condensation from the metal roof when it sweats. So it doesn't mold or ruin the wood sheeting
