    Thank you so much for making this video! I’m allergic to gluten, dairy, and eggs, and I avoid sugar as much as possible. I just found out I’m pregnant and finding recipes and food I like and can have has been really hard. I appreciate this more than you know!!

    I’m genuinely curious.... where did you hear only 3% of vitamin A is absorbed? As someone who studied nutrition in college, I have never heard that. I can’t find any articles that confirm that either. Unless if you’re talking about beta-carotene? Which is the precursor to vitamin A. Or I could see supplements not absorbing as well.
    Yes beef liver is a very high source of vitamin A, but chicken liver is also high and would still be part of your cleanse. Another good way to absorb vitamin A would be making sure you’re adding fats (olive oil, avocado, etc) with foods that are high in vitamin A because it is a fat soluble vitamin (meaning, needs fat to be absorbed).
    I hope you don’t take this the wrong way, just want to educate. Please please avoid talking about nutrition without backing up your facts with science. You have about 100K people watching your videos every week and it’s really dangerous to say information that may be misleading.
    I really do enjoy watching your videos for the last 2 years, but please be careful with what you tell your audience, especially when it comes to nutrition.

    I love these! Definetly paused right in the middle and made the asian fried rice bowl thing because I realized I had all the ingredients prepped, came back and ate it as I finished the video 😂 I come to you for food inspiration, I'm on anti-inflammatory diet and it's pretty similar!     I think it’s cute when people talk with food in their mouth. I love doing it. As long as you can’t see or hear the food of course. There is totally an art to talking with food in your mouth and I think you nailed it. Also, I’m totally going to try beef liver for my hormonal acne, thanks!! I mostly follow you for the hormonal skin stuff but I also love your minimalism content and actually really like all of your content even tho I’m not married nor have kids nor Christian.

    I have to live this way, with waaay more limitations due to intolerances. It's really hard in that you cannot eat any processed foods, so it's hard, but you just eventually adapt. And I'm really feeling you on this food. Nicely done. Hot sauce on everything... I'm with ya.

    If you’re having digestive issues you may want to cut back drastically on eating uncooked veggies. Also, it helps to grind up seeds like flax or chia and cut back on eating skins on veggies and fruit. I developed diverticulitis at young age and I’m guessing it was based off my heredity. Changing my diet has helped IMMENSELY. I’m in love with my instant pot lol. Also, I found out I CANNOT eat rice cuz it binds me up soooo bad and throws my digestion off for weeks. Keeping a food diary and tracking symptoms helped me so much. 😀

    hey lovely - recently found your channel - love you already - just a tip because of the digging for nuts bit - if you get like a piece of paper or something - put that in the middle of the jar when filling (if you already have it half full, put on its side to do this) put the other nuts on the other side and pull the paper out - saves space without digging and they will mix together as you use them =)

    Please give us an update on the Beef Liver supplements! I deal with a lot of hormonal acne as well and I would really love to hear how they work for you. I actually eat somewhat similar to you. I'm allergic to dairy and very sensitive to gluten so both are completely excluded from my diet. I'm also soy free because I suspect I'm sensitive to that as well. Honestly, my allergies and sensitivities are all over the place, but I'm going to an allergist soon to finally learn what's really going on with my body. So glad to hear your cleanse is still going well and thank you for making videos like these because they are so helpful when I'm in a cooking rut and need inspiration!     hey Sarah, it might be a good idea to add a disclaimer that you're following professional medical guidance regarding your liver cleanse. there are so many people on yt following psuedo-science cleanses that people might assume that's you when you mention your diet. never hurts to remind people to seek professional medical opinion!

    Why don’t you stick a piece of stiff construction paper, or something to that affect, height wise down the center of the jars you want to split? Then poor one seed/nut type on either side. It would keep them from getting quite so mixed plus you can still use the same jar :)

    I am following an AIP elimination diet (I have Hashimotos) and am actually jealous of all you can include in your diet. I like to call it a lifestyle! After my 90 day elimination I can slowly start adding things back in to see what triggers my symptoms and hopefully send my Hashimoto’s into remission!
    Super proud of you! I don’t usually comment but I admire you so much as a momma and a Christian! Keep the faith. You are awesome!

    I am on a candida diet with no grains or fruit or starchy veggies...and I have a ton of food sensitivities right now which limit which proteins veggies and nuts and seasonings i can have
    this looks so yummy. Definitely forces you to be creative when you are restricted

    Also what snacks do you normally eat during the day. That’s my hardest, I’m good with eating other meals but the snacks just kill me.

      If you liked this video, you may also want to know that the World Health Organization (WHO) recommends consuming no more than 25 grams per day (or 6 teaspoons) of added sugar. This is the amount of added sugar found in 1 cup of most orange juices, 1 container of yogurt, a 3 inch donut 2 tablespoons of honey barbecue sauce, or ½ a small brownie!

    My grandpa loves gardening so he always plants a ton of veggies and fruit. This year there‘s cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, rhubarb, many different herbs, salad, potatoes, kohlrabi, broccoli, peas, fennel, white and red currants, strawberries, apples and pears. Honestly there‘s nothing better than just stepping outside and just get whatever you want to eat. Also all those things taste so much better than if you buy them from the store.

    Celery and peanut butter is good as well. Apple is my favorite but I'm diabetic and I have to be mindful even though apples aren't a high sugar fruit. But I mix it up some celery half a honeycrisp apple and natural pb. Yum

    Maybe you can put a paper divider in your pumpkin seed and almond jar so that half of the jar is seeds on one side and almonds on the other, like those three flavored popcorn cans.

    I love almonds and apples, I also like apples and peanut butter. Now a cheating type of peanut butter is chocolate, coconut peanut butter. So it does have some sugar in it but man it is good and it is sold at Sprouts here in Tucson AZ.

      Since you loved this video, you may also want to know that while marketing makes you think brown sugar is more natural than white sugar, the only difference is that brown sugar is turned to white sugar by adding phosphate! And when it comes to gut health, brown and white sugar have similar effects!
