All the recipes look amazing- definitely downloaded your ebook. I'm loving chickpeas lately as well but the I also love feeling better through food. I've been feeling better with less gastrointestinal issues since going on a non inflammatory way of eating. Taking care of myself and my body feels better now and I am feeling more energetic to workout too. Thank you Melissa and please do more of these videos- great job!!!!! ☺️😊🥰❤️☀️🦩🌴🥰❤️ hugs to Tika❤

Using a cheese grater for pear?! Genius! A little bit of fruit in every bite, just the way we like our overnight oats. Can't wait to try this out!

I had both of those conditions my whole life! I do AIP because I Have Hashimotos, but gluten free has been a life changer. It’s hard at first, but you really do get used to it. You could try high quality less processed dairy like A2 milk or grass fed milk

I have chronic acne (mostly closed comedones but also other types) & seb derm (lifelong) like you and a bunch of other skin issues. After sooo much research, a million doctor appointments + all bloodwork known to man over the years I've concluded that my skin issues are due to normal hormone sensitivities/fluctuations. My acne and scalp were always way more inflamed after ovulation & right before my period. When I was pregnant my skin exploded but my acne largely resolved for the first time in my life (at the end of my second trimester). The oil in my skin started to return after giving birth but because I am breastfeeding and my hormones are still suppressed. My skin and scalp have both been somewhat better albeit not completed clear. Just wanted to share! I think a lot of my issues just have to do with genetics and how my body responds to hormones (estrogen/progesterone/testosterone). I don't have PCOS. Also if I don't wash my hair every day or every other day all hell breaks loose. Hopefully when I go through menopause the acne will go away for good lol. Anyways, can relate to the struggle! XO

Thanks for this video, it was really helpful to my current journey. May I ask; does your ebook include nutritional info for each recipe? Also when making changes like this, does it matter how much natural sugars from fruit and veg you get a day or that doesn’t matter? Xx

I watch you in the days when you did your own highlights in your family home. Today I admire you and I wonder where you get this strength and willingness to change something in your life. I've tried cutting back on sugar, adding more vegetables, changing my breakfast habits, and trying to eat breakfast… Any advice?

Bob mills has a gluten free brand try that might help or sprouted oats great for the digestion if the other ones doesnt help or spelt flakes
