    Derby is pronounced as Darby .
    Named after Lord Derby a British politician.

      When I was growing up it was pronounced Darby but as time has gone on and generations don't know (or probably care) who Lord Derby is... its now reverted to more commonly being pronounced Derby (Dur-bee) Street

      3 more generations from now, These locals will be pronouncing it "David" 🤣

      Toki are found near this river but chucked into drawers, and the land they are found in is never investigated
