- On October 7th, 2023, officers responded to an altercation. The caller reported that a man he knew was repeatedly threatening him and behaving aggressively. The man was talking nonsense and making death threats. The man continued to ask the officer if he needed somebody killed. He didn’t stop with the threats even after the officers repeatedly requested him not to do so. The male persisted in speaking nonsense, further escalating the situation. Shortly after the officers released him, he began screaming and acting strangely. Due to his threats, the officers decided to handcuff him. Soon, he was transported to jail. The man was charged with disorderly conduct, assault, resisting arrest and battery upon a peace officer.

Exactly and what did the female cop think was going to happen? Did she really think pleading with him repeatedly was going to work? Meanwhile, the male officer struggles but eventually gets the lunatic into the car, as the female officer is basically standing by. The special moment came when he tossed his filthy socks at her and, like the weak officer she is, she picked them up. The entire video was as bizarre as it gets.

They seem to have had plenty experience handling these situations. Nobody was hurt. They were being the adults with sound minds while deescalating the situation and then removing him from the streets. They didn’t leave after releasing him.

It's bad elsewhere too. I went to therapy for some anger/aggression issues. They took my money and gave me a diagnosis i don't agree with.
Then they passed me to someone else for treatment for this diagnosis i don't agree with.
This "someone else" then adviced me to perhaps go back for another evaluation. Which means spending more money just to see if i got the correct diagnosis to begin with.
The whole thing is just a big scam that ultimately leads to people not getting the treatment they need.
No wonder people commit suicide and homicides. It's cheaper than getting treatment.

@@Materialgirl_3 well you can't just keep someone locked up for making threats even if a majority of people would be perfectly okay with that idea its still extremely cruel i grow up very poor i was raised around drug addicts and mentally ill people I've also seen very wealthy intelligent people spiral down and end up in the same place as this guy in the video its a thin line and people think "that'll never be me" well there was this beautiful woman she came from money and started coming around getting drugs when i first saw her i was very infatuated but not long after she lost her kids her house her job and her looks within about a year i couldn't recognize her i was still pretty young at the time but i had never seen it happen that fast everything about her changed appearances and personality

It sounds like you're not from the US so I can explain. Back in the Ronald Reagan era of the 1980s, he put in a policy that most of the asylums and mental health care centers were defunded and closed. I don't think he realized that 40 years down the line we would still be seeing the bad effects of this terrible policy.

It’s a deliberate evidence gathering method. A lot of LEOs take longer than seems sensible to ensure the camera capture as much evidence as possible to make sure charges stick.

Honestly, given the obvious issues this guy has, it's questionable if it's even ethical to post a vid like this.
Furthermore, there's no such thing as a cop who's a good person. By becoming a cop they're giving they're tacit approval to every law they'll then have to enforce - many of which are incredibly harmful, some are even arguably racist. I fully believe drug prohibition only serves to make addiction more dangerous, and 100% blame prohibition for the current fentanyl epidemic (opioid addicts much prefer heroin to fentanyl - but they're stuck getting something way more dangerous). Every single time someone dies of a fentanyl overdose, every pig in the country has a little bit more blood on his or her hands.
And that's not even getting into the well documented issues with race (and it's not just the States. Pigs here in Canada are just as racist, they just tend to murder native canadians instead. Dont get me wrong, they murder black folk too, they just REALLY have it out for natives. Google the "Saskatoon Freezing Deaths" for a horrific example where for decades it was common practice for pigs to take intoxicated natives, strip them of their jacket and boots, then leave them in the middle of nowhere to freeze to death in -30 celsius weather ... that's -22 F) - Or the fact that 40 percent of police officers admit having committed domestic abuse (google it - it's literally 4 times the national average. Again, thats only the ones who _admit_ this).
Or, if the lives of women and minorities aren't enough to sway ya - Maybe you're at least a fellow dog lover lol. Did you know police in america murder over 25 dogs a day? Mostly these dogs are guilty only of getting excited and barking at the door (you know, the thing every dog you know probably does when strangers come pounding on the door?). It's been called an epidemic. Police K9 Units also can be extremely abusive to the animals they train. Basically if you love dogs, you should hate pigs lol.

take five seconds to google state run mental health institutions in your state and then come back and tell us they're closed.
They're not all closed, just a great deal of them were back in the 80s. And not just by "muh Reagan", either...it was a joint effort by him, the Democrat-controlled Congress at the time, and several state governments throughout the union too. And it was for good reasons: rampant abuse of patients by staff, and severe corruption. If we can learn from those mistakes, it's high time we have more again -- instead of sending $75 BILLION to Ukraine. Americans FIRST.
