I presume that device is a custom charger of sorts?
Does it just jump start the cell voltage regardless of monitoring current and float levels?

Will my tello drone and battery still work even though i havent used it in 9 months? its still in the unopened box. I havent open the box yet. the box is sealed for 9 months.
