  • Namaste yogis! Today's flow is designed to strengthen and tone your lower body, helping you to feel more strong and powerful in your yoga practice. We'll work through a challenging, yet fun, dynamic sequence with balancing postures, twists and active flexibility drills.

    well i was shaking most of it. but, i feel like you’re making me push myself. to get stronger and reach my goals. I will keep doing it, hopefully it’ll make my legs stronger and toner. thank you! i will update if i will get stronger or toner.

    Thank you for doing this video. I love your channel and i watch it every day in the morning for a yoga routine. I was only missing a video for legs strength and now you did it I dont need to look for it anywhere else.
