This is a great Video. This brings back painful memories which i have been enduring. My relationship of 5 years ended 3 months ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her.

    My mom used to say,
"A mess that isn't made, doesn't have to be cleaned up." When cooking, I clean as I go, then finish immediately, during the day I put things back where they belong immediately, I do what I call the Stacy special LOL make sure the garbage is emptied and run the vacuum. Thanks Mom!

💥Idea... GET ALL YOUR BEDTIME LIST DONE BEFORE BEDTIME. When it's finally time for bed, I don't have the energy for a to-do list... not even one thing. If I have to do ANYTHING before crawling into bed, I'll sit on the couch and procrastinate because I just don't have another ounce to give. I'll fall asleep in the couch before I move. SO... I prep everything early... like 4pm early: lunches packed, supper done, kitchen tidied, clothes laid out, shower teeth brushed, pj's on---the works. That way, when I sit down to rest, the ONLY thing I have to do at bedtime is walk to the bedroom. That's it. I'm just not a night person... so I get stuff done before night.

I'm good with 4-6 hours of sleep a night too. Everyone clings to the 8 hours metric, but I don't believe that to be the case for everyone. I feel fine on 4-6 hours a night. Even 3 isn't bad most of the time.

Needing eight hours is a myth. Some adults need more, some need much less. It's based on individual differences. We can't apply the eight hour concept to every person. It sets up unrealistic expectations for some people, hence oftentimes reinforcing negative beliefs associated with sleep.

I can manage on 6… wake up on my own on 7… would love 10 as I do look tired but it’s chapters of life. Currently stressed with no end in sight so broken sleep. If young children that’s difficult too. As I get older I look forward to uninterrupted days never mind sleep😂

    1. Set a bedtime, and put away today's mess beforehand.
    2. Prep things to prompt easy decisions for tomorrow.
    3. Reserve 5 minutes at night for yourself before you give it to social media and others.
    4. Tuck the cellphone to bed outside the bedroom.
