Thank You for Posting This DIY ,Just what I'm looking for!! My Sisters Washing has the same issues w/ not completely draining water in Spine and Rise cycle, leaving clothes soaked in water. Mr Repair Bro to the Rescue!!

How did you drain it?

It sounds pretty much like the problem we're having with our unit. It sounds like gravel sloshing around somewhere inside the machine but it stops on C7 during the diagnostic. Good suggestion very possible that some coins may have gotten into the pump.

Drain pump is not working means long drain the drain basket might be covered
