    Happy Valentines Day to me, self love is truly the highest form of care and compassion I can give to myself. Working out is one way that I give self love to me and I will continue giving myself extra love and care today by drinking 4 bottles of water,, eating my delicious meal prep, and giving myself hugs,.my best showed up today and now I can keep pushing past my best

    This is my fav kind of workout-full body, some cardio to get the heart rate up, and 40 min is the perfect amount of time.

    I really like the superset format. For me, cardio is the hardest part, so I pushed myself to not slack off during the cardio portion and to not pause to catch my breath. I was surprised that I was able to dig deep and do it at a high level. Thank you Sydney for always encouraging us to go past our perceived limits.

    Hello Next- Level me! That little phrase helped me push more. When I thought "I cann't do more than" or "this is my max weight" I could hear "Be Next Level me" & I showed up! Thank you Sydney. Since finding your channel you've been truly inspiring BUT Pregnant Sydney is a blessing to watch & to be admired. I push because you do &I am grateful that I can physically can do this when I know there are so many who are unable to.

    I definitely pushed further thx sydney I crushed it. I start a new job today 🤗 I start a little later so I can do your 5 AM workouts everyday 💪 I didn't want change bc who likes change but I made the change and I start my new job today wish me luck!!

    the motivation was not here for me today and the excuses kept piling on top of each other. but now I'm able to recognize this thought pattern and really ask myself - can I workout today? The answer is usually always yes. That jenga tower of excuses can't hold against the truth - my body is capable, and I have time, so yes, yes I can. so glad i showed up today bc I definitely crushed it!!

      It's weird how you can always come up with some kind of excuse when you are feeling low. Like you say, we have to learn the thought pattern and push ourselves! Well done for getting this done today!! 💯

    The pep talk at the end really resonated with me today. The other night I heard commentary that an Olympic athlete could squat 400 lb and I commented that I could maybe do 80. Friend told me he was pretty sure I could do it at least 100 (heaviest weight that I have at home is 50). So we loaded up his barbell to 80 lb and that was easy. 90 lb was easy. Did two reps with 110 and decided to stop because I was worried about splitting my jeans. I never would have tried 100+ if my friend hadn't challenged me!

    Whew, this workout was a great challenge! 😅💥I love how Sydney always encourages us to go just a little bit further than we think we can. It's true, most of the time we set limits on ourselves, but when we push, we find out our true strength and endurance. I found that in this workout, and I'm going to carry that mindset into my life today! 😁

    I decided to leave the 10lbs alone today and went for the 15lbs-20lbs for lunges and managed to keep form and push hard! I am learning to listen to my body and not necessarily the negativity in my mind. Thank you SO much, Sydney. Much love, stay safe and healthy everyone

    Hi Sydney! I’ve been working out w you for about 3 years. This workout today is my 45th birthday celebratory workout! I always workout on my birthday because I CAN. I know some people like to take their birthdays off but I love to do an intentional and thankful workout! Because I’m strong and healthy and alive and able. Being able is a gift and never promised from one day to the next. . Today I’m celebrating with you! ☺️🥰

    The deadlift with balancing dumbbell curl exercise was do badass!!!
    I slammed the crap out of my medicine ball. It was like doing yoga but on the opposite end of the spectrum. I was feeling so peaceful after so many satisfying slams!!!!

    My take away: We limit ourselves. We often surpass what we think we can do and what feels safe and best. We are more than what our minds and fears tell us we are.

    My version of pushing further today was cutting back the rest to 10 seconds between moves! What a great push - endlessly grateful for my trainer who always pushes me to the next level so I just have to show up and follow along. I'm currently a resident physician working night shifts - my other version of pushing past my limits today will be crushing workouts everyday this week on top of my 14 hour overnight shifts. Crushed it!

    Sydney, I wanted to finally write after following you for awhile. I am a very small time personal trainer on RUclips and wanted to let you know that I love your work out ethic! I use to train women who were pregnant and I love you are showing (with doctor's advise) that you can still stay fit during pregnancy. I am almost 61 and wished I knew that when I was pregnant with my girls. You inspire me! Keep it going as you are motivating so many people including myself!

    Day 10 CRUSHED!!! What a fantastic way to start the week! I was struggling with energy at the beginning because I had a busier than usual weekend...but I told myself at the start, "do what you can with the energy that you have." Halfway through the workout I found myself pushing myself harder like Sydney said and I feel great!!! If I was to max out right now in a chest press I could safely do my 20's. I'm working hard to get back to my pre surgery 25's and 35's. Let's go squad!!! 💦💦💦🥵🥵🥵🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

    Im a day behind but I always make sure I do at least 3/4 work outs a week. Its what best for my body right now. I'm about 10 pounds away from my goal. I'm so proud of myself today I once could only stick with 15 pounds max. I did 20 pounds for the Romanian deadlifts and curls 💪

    Sydney - Two years ago I introduced my mom to your program. She hasn’t missed one of your workouts since (no lie, she’s better than me haha). I love how you push me in such an intentional, feminine way. And more than anything, I appreciate the confidence you’ve instilled in my mom. She’s the best she has ever looked and felt… and she’s 52!

    Sydney's Daily Wisdom (41:39): "We have these preconceived barriers on ourselves. Whether we're aware of it or not, we have these self-limiting kind of stop points or max points that are only going to be pushed if we test them." (42:36): "We often just place these limits on ourself thinking this is probably safe, this is probably good for me, this is probably my best - until we test it. Until we push ourself to get to that best." (43:03): "Your best right now was previously not even in your wheelhouse of your best." Every time Sydney prompts me to go up, I doubt myself, and then I think, "If Sydney can do it 21 weeks pregnant, so can I!" She's always been inspiring, but as she's navigating this pregnancy - holy cow! She gives these workouts everything she has, and is such an inspiration to me.
