Thanks for the great video. Enjoyed the video. Really good hay shots with the drone showing baling hay and how neat the attachment you have on the baler is for dropping the bales in a line. So neat. Saves time when picking them up to move them. Neat idea. Glad your knee continues to improve. You are getting around on it fairly good-great!!!!! Hot temps your way and ours in central Iowa. Monarchs lay their eggs on the underside of the leaves. The caterpillars that hatch feed only on milkweed. One plant like that probably doesn't have any activity on it, but find a good patch of milkweed and you could easily find 50 eggs in a square yard.

7/14 is your next and only chance of rain that is forecasted. It appears the morning dew is what's keeping all the plants alive. I hope you receive decent rain on the near future. Thanks for feeding America 🇺🇸
Hi there from Athabasca, Alberta, Canada about 2 hrs north of the provincial capital, Edmonton. We run about 130 mixed cattle bred to purebred red Angus & hay approximately 300-400 ac. grass/alfalfa mix depending on weather. We had a good wet spring with plenty of rain but haven't had much rain either in last 5 wks. Volume of hay in the fields is down to other years. We did get 6/10's of an inch rain 4 days ago. So far we have put it all up dry. We can do single wrapped haylage bales if necessary. Hoping & praying you get rain there soon. God bless. From the Parmley's 🇨🇦
I live on the Monarch migration route in Ohio. I had a cubic, metric crap-ton of common milkweed. And I used to have massive quantities of butterflies. I used to keep an acre or so fallow just for milkweed for the butterflies. Gave away the seeds for kids to grow their own. I could walk out in the field and several fresh hatchlings would land on me cause the trees were already 3 deep. Or maybe I just look like a tree. Or maybe a 1/2 hour old monarch cant navigate worth a crap. But the last 4 years or so I only see maybe 1 or 2 monarchs all season. Sad.
Perspective is in the eye of the beholder I suppose. Ya'll been working on a farm all your lives more than likely, and do a lot of work that is not shown. I consider ya'll luckier then most because, yes it is hard work, ya'll get to witness the hardships and miracles of mother nature. You get to enjoy the good and the bad. A lot of people have to work inside of a building or facility for years of their careers and are never touched by rain, snow, or sunshine. Doing what ya'll do is more than a blessing to the everyone around you, it's a blessing of, and to, life. I only wish that I had been luck enough to be able to do what ya'll have done, instead of the career that I had. You and your family are very blessed. God Bless You
This was a great video for me. I know little about this sort of thing and want to learn. I did appreciate you taking the time to climb down with a sore knee to educate us about the milkweed! I love the multiple camera angles you use! I always worry about the camera falling off when mounted outside. Keep up the great work and thanks for taking the time to share your life, work and love with us!
God Bless you Brother your Dad reminds me of my Dad a lot and I love his words every time! Thanks for working extra hard in the heat and while you don’t feel very good from your knee I’m sorry Brother I had 3 surgeries on my knee and I was able to get an abundance of multiple pain meds during that time. It’s good to be safe about meds but it’s important to be able to have some during extreme times for the strain on your heart from the pain. It’s important for your heart health to not be squirming in pain. Be safe and focus on things that distract you well until it’s better and absolutely do not push too hard and destroy more like I did exactly. ❤️😏🖖🏼🇺🇸

The best way to ensure rain is to have hay on the ground.
Or wash and wax your car.
It never fails. We had 60 acres of hay on the ground and it rained on it 3 times and it was 2 weeks from when we mowed it to when we baled it.
Or hang out the wash.
That's what my dad used to say!
Or paint a house.

Great video! My 4 year old loved learning about hay bailing. The drone footage at the end was the best.
Waoooo I love you guys!! Your different machines and tractors are breathtaking. We want to build a farm and i think i just found my favorite model. Don`t surprised to see me come knocking for some tips on how to, if you guys don`t mind😅😅
Good stuff as usual. That thing drops the bales nicely on the move....although I am jealous of the flatness of your fields...
Entire video is picture perfect - as always. Thanks Cole
next winter, one cow to another " this bale has a Smokey barbeque taste to it!"
Anything smoked or barbecued tastes much better. Those Critters are going to be spoiled after eating some of it.
Hay flambe'

😂
Great drone video. Thank you for sharing that with us. Also the milkweed and Monarch Butterflies was a nice addition to the video. We have a lot of butterflies and milkweed here in Michigan.
God bless. From the Parmley's 🇨🇦
great video and so happy for you guys that you didn't lose much hay to the fire
Cole that would be some REAL GOOD
Ice cream. 5/6/23
Good Idea.....
Another great vlog Cole! The drone footage is really fun to watch.
Pray you get a heavy rain don't know about a fat rain i'm from North Carolina a 79 year old woman that admire you working side by side with your dad
Sad.
Them Bushy lites and pain meds are making you friggggn Brilliant!!!! This was your best one yet. Thanks Guys
Praying fir a good rain to come your way- and just have to say, that drone footage never fails to impress, with the editing of course.👍👍👍👍
God Bless You
It's dry out on the prairies here In Canada 🇨🇦 we need rain!!!! Sweet video
Not gonna lie around 17:30 that video was so soothing and relaxing that I really wanted to fall asleep love the work guys keep it up
This was a great video for me.
Cool to see that bale accumulator function! Make for a nice addition to our farm. 👍
Awesome video the mow co is holding up well that's an awesome peice of equipment..
Glad to here it was your grass hay and not your alfalfa that burned even tho you feed it to your own cattle whith good alfalfa is gold these days ..
Hope by now y'all have had some rain. Praying for God's blessings, safety and good health for you and yours.

Awesome drone footage. It gives a birds eye view of what goes on. Interesting stuff! How dry is it?..... It's so dry I saw 2 trees fighting over a dog!😄 Thanks for sharing!
L o l
I thought the same thing...about the drone footage. That othe sentence is foul
That is a very impressive fish belly tan you have there. I grew up in Alaska and if you turned a salmon upside down it was the same color 😎
Love that hay baler. I shake my head in wonder and wish I could meet the person/s who designed it.
Loved the milk weed info. 🤣🤣 dang’it!!👏👏 thankful y’all got that fire out! Wow scare. Praying for your rain✝️💜
I wish I could send you some of our rain!!
That's what I was thinking too! Meanwhile in Alabama we can't cut hay because of it raining everyday it seems.
Hey Pops Brain has a nice head if hair under that hat!!!! Must run in the family Cole love the flat top! Recover well! All the best and God bless you and your farm!
I feel like Ellie could use a trip to the groomer in this heat. Just to knock off some undercoat. I’m sure she’d love the relief
I hate that the fire destroyed your grass, but you had a good attitude about it. When things go wrong I try to always look at the situation like it's bad but it could've been worse. Hopefully you get some rain soon.
Gillette over in Northeast Wyoming is on their 2nd year of not being able to cut any hay, so your doing great.
Thoughts and prayers continue for those in drought situation. Parts and Missouri! we are just Opposite too much. No in between Does not seem
hope you get rain soon
Sadly I no longer live in Wyoming however I follow " Our Wyoming Life" a great RUclips family that runs a cow/ calf ranch. Great channel. Check it out, shows the daily working of a beef producer.
Great drone footage as well as camera placement on and under various pieces of equipment. Your video production is terrific. Wishing you and your family another blessed week and quenching rains. Peace brother
