Also just make sure you don't prop yourself up on your elbows & aren't on your knees a lot. Just as you should avoid tight clothes because of irritation you should not put pressure on you the parts like your elbows and knees where you don't want darkness to show up.

I don't think hydrogen peroxide has any percentage, you can use any lighting serum you have.
