@@SuburbanPathfinder Thank you. I do like the size and prefer steel/wood "handles." I went on Amazon and searched my top knife brands from price high to low. That one caught my eye. Also, I had bought my parents each a paramilitary 2. ($125 each at the time) i really wanted one, I don't think they appreciate it as much as I would. I still don't have one and the prices went up significantly.

It’s gotten very smooth in operation. It’s holding up great. I can’t tell much difference between it and my old-school all-stainless Delica.

I love my Paramilitary 2 also but they are getting really salty.
I just bought an Endura stainless, plain edge and it was $115 😳
