Great video. Biceps and as you said forearms are top tier when it comes to functional strength in a hard work type environment. I can’t stand powerlifting nerds telling me otherwise when I’m the one digging trenches and all types of other hard shit on the daily.
Absolutely correct. I never realized the edge it gave me until I started adding them into my workouts. The thing about a physical labor environment is that your body gets used to that engagement doing the same things all day every day for years so there’s no new stimulus to allow growth. That’s why guys that do work like that aren’t jacked. Diet is also a big part as well
